This beautiful, family-friendly home, originally built in 1840 as part of Deming Jarves's expansion of housing for the Boston and Sandwich Glass Factory workers. The original purpose of the building was to serve as a company store for workers to purchase goods, often on credit against their wages. The home now offers comfort and convenience in the heart of historic Sandwich Village.
- Just a quick 4-minute drive or 16-minute walk will take you to the Sandwich Boardwalk and less than a quarter mile further will bring you to Town Neck Beach.

Loft Area: Upstairs, the private loft (accessed via the king bedroom) provides versatile sleeping for families or groups. It features one full bed and two twin beds, plus a TV and games for extra entertainment.

There are two full bathrooms in this home for your convenience.
Main Level Full Bathroom: Located on the main floor, this bathroom also conveniently houses the washer and dryer.
Second Floor Full Bathroom: This private bathroom, accessible directly from the queen bedroom, features a bathtub with a convenient hand shower head, perfect for refreshing washes. Please note: Due to the home's historic architecture, the tub's ceiling height is limited, making it best suited for sitting to shower, especially for guests over 5 feet tall.
Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and a hair dryer to save you space in your suitcase.

This home is a side-by-side duplex with no shared space or amenities. You'll stay in the B side which has its own laundry, private back patio and entrance.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Heritage Home you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.
HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125, which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.
You must be 25 or older to book this home.
We have a driveway that comfortably fits one car. If you have two small sedans, you might be able to fit both, but it will be a tight squeeze. For additional free parking, there's plenty of space available on Pleasant Street. Please be mindful not to block any neighboring driveways or park on any lawns.
Bookings over 29 nights require signing a rental agreement.
