This home is conveniently located in the Mountain Brook Subdivision and is only 0.9 miles to Weigel's Gas & fast food and 1.5 miles to the local Kroger grocery store.



Getting Around:

This cabin is conveniently located at the top of Wears Valley Road, near Parkway. Perfect location for the Jeep Run or Rod Run. Take advantage of easy access to all the local activities from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Townsend!

Other Things to Note:

*This cabin features an indoor swim pool that functions as a hybrid between a hot tub and a pool. It includes jets and is maintained at a comfortable temperature for relaxation. Due to humidity concerns in the pool room, the maximum temperature is set at 84°F. Guests are not permitted to adjust the settings, as doing so may cause damage to the system. Any unauthorized adjustments or resulting damages will be the responsibility of the guest and will incur additional charges.

* Please note, the driveway is steep, and street parking is prohibited.

*Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.

*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
