Worry not, this town has plenty of other attractions such as golf, hot air ballooning, farmers markets, and shopping. At the heart of Temecula lies Old Town, where visitors can take a step back in time as they meander through wooden boardwalks lined with western-inspired buildings

Home Truths:
- Our home is in a rural area where wildlife and insects are common. While the property is regularly serviced and inspected, occasional encounters may occur indoors or outdoors. Please supervise children and pets, especially at night. Refunds will not be issued for such occurrences.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in.
- The property is nestled in the beautiful De Luz mountains, just a short 15-20 minute drive from Old Town Temecula.
- Please note that there is limited cell service and wifi may be weak in the area due to the remote location of the home.
- Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine.
- Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax.
- SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time.
- No events or parties are allowed at this property.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- Riverside County has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- Due to the property's remote location, guests may occasionally experience unexpected power outages.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home

- 5 cars are available in front of the garage.
- Please ensure the driveway maintains an open access lane for emergency vehicles.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
