You will be able to park in the garage and open it with the key and you will receive a parking decal sticker!

Due to many concerns with guest going into the office please make sure to read the check in instructions once booked thouroughly as I am available at anytime to assist and don’t want a overflow of people going into the office.

This unit is located in a luxury building. Events and parties are strictly forbidden. We also request that you respect the neighbors and limit excessive noise between 10pm-9am; if we are contacted about a noise complaint you will be charged $300.

Any violation of our house rules will incur a fine per instance and may trigger an immediate termination of reservation.

- If we find out there were pets inside of the unit without notice, you will be charged $150.

- Parties are not allowed. Which will result in $300 fee if there is a party, and depending on damages the charges could be more.

- Smoking is not allowed inside. If we smell smoke after you checkout, you will be charged $500.
