Check in and check out were very simple, and the appearance of the interior of the rental was as pictured. The management company has very nice, and immediately responsive people working for it. I was sorry we had not taken our own pillows from home for this stay. Unless you are not picky, I suggest you do that in case they have not yet replaced the ones there, as I told the management to pass on the idea to the owner. The outside lights shine through the blinds more than I like; so I also suggested the owner add black-out curtains to the second bedroom. There are curtains in the other bedroom. There is a Keurig coffeemaker, and the owner supplied us with Keurig cups; but only 4 for 3 people staying for 3 nights; so I suggest you bring some if you are a coffee drinker. We did not get to use the amenities there, as the pool was being worked on and the AC in the fitness room was not working. If you travel with a dog, be aware that the dog may need to go up and down stairs if your rooms are above the first floor, and you will need to carry your things up and down, as well.There is a park right near the rental called Bagley Park, which has a 5 mile nature preserve with walking paths.
