This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features an open layout with all electric and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy a family dinner at the dining table for four, or relax in the living room equipped with a smart TV. Each bedroom also boasts its own smart TV for your entertainment.

Plenty of parking is available with a 2-car garage and a driveway that can accommodate two additional vehicles.

Important Note:
This is a two-level home with stairs. For the comfort of all guests, no pets are allowed due to carpeting upstairs.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- This property is NOT pet friendly!!!
