The newly built property provides contemporary amenities and features a unique blend of funky and industrial chic interior design. This two-story home boasts 2100 square feet of living area and includes three full bathrooms.
The ground floor features an entry level with a spacious mudroom area, complete with bench seating, tiled flooring and ample storage space for outdoor gear, coats, boots and shoes. Additionally, the den and TV room boasts hardwood flooring, games, a flat screen TV, a wet bar area and two bedrooms that share a large bathroom. One bedroom is designed with kids in mind, offering a bunk bed and a double bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed.
The second level features high vaulted ceilings and an open layout with hardwood floors, numerous windows offering stunning views of the mountain sunsets, and a spacious deck with a BBQ grill for outdoor dining and relaxation in the fresh mountain air in the private outdoor hot tub.
Within the living area, numerous areas are available to relish the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, while also being in proximity to the bustling gourmet kitchen during meal preparation or for a quick snack. The breakfast bar accommodates up to 4 individuals, with extra seating for 6 at the spacious dining table.
The corridor features a powder room, a laundry area and a door leading to the spacious backyard, perfect for soaking in the neighborhood ambiance.
The master bedroom features a king bed, new carpeting and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a tiled shower with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hallway bathroom with shower only.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
