Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Free parking is available in the condo parking lot. A storage locker for ski and golf equipment is available for your use right outside the condo entrance. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and patio with private hot tub are available for your full use.

This cozy-yet-modern mountain retreat features an open-concept layout with big windows, natural light, and space to spread out. The large kitchen island becomes the heart of the home—where pancakes are flipped, stories are told, and après-ski snacks somehow taste even better.

The Lift bus line (no charge) goes right by our condo and is excellent for getting to the Winter Park ski area and navigating the Fraser and Winter Park towns.

A vehicle is recommended to effectively reach and enjoy the greater area beyond Fraser and Winter Park.

For train service from Union Station in Denver to the Winter Park Ski Resort, you can take the Winter Park Express Ski Train, available from Jan. 12 – Mar. 31, Friday through Sunday (service times subject to change).

We love having easy access to downtown Winter Park for dining, shopping, and entertainment—but just as much, we appreciate the slower, small-town charm of Fraser. The free year-round bus system makes it effortless to get anywhere you want to go—ski slopes, restaurants, breweries, or back home for a cozy night in.

Springview Meadows has become a true gathering place for our family—both immediate and extended—and now, maybe for yours too. We’ve built countless memories here: morning coffee with mountain views, quiet moments by the fireplace, and evenings soaking in the hot tub after a perfect day on the slopes.
