Beach RX Amazing Views From This Gorgeous Beach House Steps From The Beach
Experience Cape San Blas in luxury in this secluded 1st tier, beautifully decorated four bedroom house less than 100 steps from the shores of the Gulf of America. There are 3.5 tiled bathrooms including one with a relaxing jetted tub. Three bedroom have a comfy king size bed, perfect for a good nights sleep. Kids have their own space on the entrance level with four twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The house offers wifi, laundry facilities, Roku (bring your own password), fantastic views and a well stocked kitchen with a coffee bar. There is a second full size refrigerator just inside the front door perfect for stocking cold drinks for the beach or those extra refrigerator items you brought, There is an outside shower and outside access to a bathroom for convenience. Covered parking for up to four cars and lots of beach equipment are available as well as a Pac N Play. Rainy days? No problem. The house equipped with a Pac Man game and a pool table with plenty of sticks to entertain everyone. Hot shower are easy with two hot water tanks, Have your coffee in the morning and your wine in the evening on one of the spacious gulf view covered decks while you watch the sun set over the Gulf of America. Experience the magic of Cape San Blas at this charming beach house overlooking an un-crowed beach. You'll be counting the days until you can return!

1. The Cape is secluded and it is a 20 minute drive to a large grocery store. Plan ahead!
2. The wifi is fast, but beach wifi may not work all the time. Cell service can be spotty as well. Both are improving all the time.
3. Sand is everywhere. It is likely you will find litle pieces of sand in the home even though it is freshly cleaned. Sand just does that.
4. All guests must sign a Rental Agreement after booking. A link will be snent to sign.
5. All persons must be 18 years of age except children accompanied by their parents.
6. A damage deposit and/or damage insurance is required. If no damages are incurred and the home is left in in the order it was found and there are no other violations of the rental policy, then deposit (if applicable) will be mailed back the following Wednesday after checkout. Damage insurance coverage is none-refundable. If expenses are incurred to repair damages, replace missing items, pay for extra cleaning or any other direct or indirect damages or violations of rental policy as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply the damage deposit or other coverages. You will be personally responsible not only for any direct damages, but for any loss of rental income for any other indirect third-party damages that result of your stay (e.g. accommodation and travel expenses of guest checking in after you). You, along with all persons, occupants, guest, and invitees are responsible for any damage to personal property.
7. No Smoking. Your security deposit will be forefited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet and/or furniture cleaning and deodorizing of any evidence of smoking is found in the house or o the premises.
8. No pets. Many guests are allergic. You will be charged $500.00 if you bring a pet.
9. Trash bins must be pulled to the curb on Friday and Sunday nights for a Saturday and Monday pickup and returned to the house after being emptied.
10. The owner and his authorized representatives are, by Florida law, allowed to enter the home at any time if they suspect any actions that might breach this contract. The owner may also enter the home to check A/C filters and for any other reason necessary to maintain the security and comfort of guests or property.
Conduct On The Premises And Compliance With Local Ordinances
1. All furniture must be kept in the house, except the outside patio/porch furniture.
2. Guests shall refrain from creating any noice or soud in the house which is disturbing to the neighbors.
3. Guests shall refrain from playing any musical instrument, radio, musi system entertainment system or television set at a volume which causes disturbance to the neighbors.
4. Guests shall refrain, and ensure his or her guests and invitees refrain from any conduct which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb the neighbors while on the premises.
5. Parking for the house is in the drive under and driveway. Please do not block the street. Guests mush abide by all laws and ordinances of the State of Florida, Gulf County and the city. You are staying at this property and using the facilities AT YOUR OWN RISK
6. All guests must be 18 years of age or older unless they are a child under tha ge of 18 AND accompanied by their parents. You acknowledge and agree that use of wifi/internet services at the rental property is for personal use and agree not to use the services in a manner prohibited by and federal or state law or regulation. Should we receive a notice of a violation, we may reveal your identity to the authorities.
7. If there are any injuries to anyone or personal property on the property due to conduct or personal negligence or willful conduct, the guests liability insurance wether homeowners or other will be primary in the event of any loss or damage to the property or persons occurring at or about the premises during the term of this agreement. This includes the house and all grounds of the entire property as described in the listing. It is the duty of the guests while occupying the premises to guard against accidents and to caution all members of their party to do so. Reckless endangerment of or by any people in your party is against our policies and not allowed. We will not be held liable for any such action. Guest must notify the owner of any maintenance problems immediately that would affect the safty and security of any person renting and staying in the house. Exchange of money automatically constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein.
RULES:
1. Clean any spills immediately and do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on. Absolutely not pets are allowed on the property at any time. There will be a $150 charge and you will be asked to leave if you sneak in an animal of any kind.
2. Please do not flush sanitary products down the toilets.
3. Turn off all lights and fans while out to conserve energy.
4. Absolutely no smoking in the house ar near any open door or window.
5. Trash collection is Saturday and Monday. Please put the cans at the curb Friday and Sunday to avoid overfilling,
6, No late check out or early check in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for the first half hours and $100.00 foreach subsequent half hour the guest fails to vacate the property and delays the cleaning crew.
7. Please leave sheets on the beds, Place used towels in the laundry room. Please do not remove mattress covers. Leave quilts and pillows in the rooms.
8. All dishes should be clean and back in place.
9. Take out trans, turn off all lights, TVs, sound and fans,
10. Close and lock all doors.
