Condo de charme situé dans le centre médical de San Antonio, à seulement 16 km du centre-ville et à moins de 16 km de l'aéroport SAT. Pratique pour les visiteurs et les professionnels médicaux itinérants de Lackland AFB. Entièrement meublé pour inclure laveuse et sécheuse. Parfait pour les petites familles pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 adultes / 2 enfants. Récemment rénové avec douche au sol carrelée jusqu'au sol et au plafond avec sa vanité. Caractéristiques supplémentaires: Patio arrière couvert, piscine et bain à remous disponibles. Agent de sécurité sur le site de 21h00 à 05h00

Very cozy

The location was good for my purpose. The place was cozy and offered lots essentials for cooking in. Queen size bed for me was fine, it was just okay for comfort. Host was extremely responsive.

This was a nice one-bedroom condo. Val was great at communicating. The location was close to the San Antonio medical center. I would consider staying here again.

We mainly used the property as a place to sleep, as we were pretty busy during our trip. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. I personally loved the huge shower. Great stay overall.

Clean and efficient

The place was clean and close to the medical district. I felt safe walking around and it was an easy drive. Very happy with the property, property manager, and location.

Nice Place

I had an emergency come up and looked and found this place. It was exactly like the pictures. I ended up staying longer than expected and the owner was great in accommodating me. It was reasonably priced and a great location to visit at the hospital. I would gladly stay there again if in the area.

Great birthday retreat for my lady.

The home was clean and the location was great. There were plenty of amenities in the area and highway access was a breeze. The only 2 complaints were 1) there's really hard water and the water filter needed to be replaced on the kitchen faucet sink and 2) we had to purchase wash cloths to shower but there were plenty of towels.

Wedding in San Antonio

We were in town for a friend’s daughters wedding. We came a few days early and stayed a few after so we could enjoy the sights around San Antonio. We enjoyed the comfort of the property and how close it was to the things we had to do. Thanks Val for your place

We needed a place to stay for a month. All went well; although the couch was not very comfortable. Would we stay there again? Yes. We appreciated the quick response from property management.

Good for a few nights

Property was great, pool was not clean and hot tub was not working. Upstairs neighbor was very loud at all hours of the night. Overall it was good for a few nights but longer than that would have been an issue with the loud neighbor.

Not what we expected

The selection of l Ovation was probably our own fault. It was too far from downtown. Maybe good for a student but not us. Cleanliness was an issue. The carpet in the living room was very dirty. We rolled it up and set I’d aside. There were two large bugs in the bathroom light A little scary. The place was noisy as you could hear every footstep from the upstairs unit and the neighbours came in very late at night. When they talked outside it was although they were in your bedroom. Overall it was just ok for us.

Roach-Infested, Misrepresented Listing – Not Safe or Clean

I stayed at this property with my three children (ages 3, 5, and 20), and it was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. The listing claimed to sleep 8, but there were only two beds. I disclosed the number of guests in advance to ensure adequate sleeping space, yet the owner later accused me of trying to sneak people in.The neighborhood felt unsafe, and I would not have chosen this location had I known more about the area. The check-in process was disorganized and inconvenient — the host tried to delay our check-in time beyond what was listed.The unit itself was organized but far from clean. The sheets appeared unchanged, there was only one trash bag provided for the entire week, and worst of all, the unit was infested with roaches. I encountered them in the shower and in the kitchen — one even jumped on me during my shower. This was particularly disturbing since I was traveling with young children.When I informed the host about the conditions, instead of addressing the issues professionally, she arrived at checkout with another man, which felt intentionally intimidating. Rather than taking responsibility, she denied the roach problem entirely.I would not recommend this property to anyone, especially families with children. The listing is misleading, the hygiene is unacceptable, and the host was confrontational rather than helpful.

Disappointed

We came to SA for a conference and my birthday. We booked based on photos, amenities (pool, hot tub) as well as proximity to the airport, downtown and the conference. The neighborhood is in a rough area. I would not have felt safe if my husband was not with me. The unit and surrounding area consistently smelled of marijuana the entire trip. This was bothersome (especially being pregnant) and was immediately communicated upon arrival. Initially the unit appeared “clean” but once it was being used, you could clearly see corners cut with cleaning. The showerhead was covered in timescale and mineral deposit. It was not functioning properly due to the buildup, pressure was erratic, the hot water was minimal. The shower curtain was also covered in pink mold at the bottom. When we informed the property manager, she said the only time she had to come “fix” it was right then and no other time but we were heading out for my birthday dinner. Upon arrival to dinner we received multiple messages that she was about to enter the property without us there or our consent. This was particularly frustrating because we were trying to enjoy the night but was blown up on the app. We were not comfortable with a stranger in the unit with all of our belongings and stated this. The hot tub had not worked for over a year. Someone else’s dirty socks under the bed. The kitchen backsplash was dirty from previous renters. Gnats/flys from the sink. Thin blankets and pillows. Would not stay here again.

We welcome communication from all our guests and let guests know to reach out if they have any questions. This is unfortunate to just now be hearing about Many of these items. We strive to address/resolve any items immediately and in order to accomplish this we also need cooperation from our guests. The guest was at the unit and sent a chat message about the shower head and curtain. As the owner I personally offered to go by immediately and address the 2 concerns, sent several messages and provided a time frame. Upon my arrival to the complex(a few hours later) the guest spouse then responded not to go in and they were not comfortable. As a courtesy their wishes were granted and the unit was not entered. Please note, the hot tub is not listed under amenities and there is working hot water in the unit. There has not been any other feedback about hot water and we have not experienced any hot water issues before or after the guest check in/out. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in our unit. Extra pillows and a fleece blanket are in the closet for any guests that may need additional items. Upon arrival on the day of check out, the A/C was set at 69 degrees. If at any time it is too cold guests also have access to the thermostat to turn the temperature up or turn on the heat. The area is home to many medical professionals/students, it’s diverse and has some of the largest hospitals.

Close to Medical Center

This condo was perfect for me. A family member was having surgery at nearby Methodist Hospital. (4 minutes away). I was able to be available 24 hours and had a beautiful place to relax and revive. The condo is as pictured. Spotless, accessible, safe and a covered parking spot. Everything functions well. Two loaded big screen tvs, great AC and a well equipped modern kitchen and laundry. After the stress of a day being at Medical Center, I was able to come home and fully relax. Cute patio and immediate access to a darling tri level pool and hot tub. I was thankful every day that I chose this spot. It is central to San Antonio with highways and loops all very close. I give it a five star plus on all accounts.

Small cute apartment

Everything was nice and clean. The only thing was that we were told there were 2-3 stairs, and there was 9 to get to the apartment. My wife had just had abdominal surgery so stairs were a concern but it all worked out.

Quick trip

This property had everything we needed. Location was perfect for us. Only complaint (and obviously not the Val's fault) but the upstairs neighbor made so much noise during sleep hours other than that good stay.

Cute & perfect for a short weekend

The place was so clean and decorated nice. It’s easy to get to and the check in process was perfect. We had some noise issues from the upstairs neighbor but the host was quick to respond and communicated with us about everything.
