NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR AROUND OUTDOOR PATIO FURNITURE as this is a non-smoking home.



SMOKING VIOLATION ATTRACTS A $750 FINE.



FOR MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS, YOU MAY BE EVICTED FROM THE PROPERTY.
