This 3-bedroom 3 full bath vacation rental property has undergone significant property improvements in 2025. Brand-new Hardie® siding & trim, brand new windows & doors on the outside and brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring, kitchen cabinets, furniture and several new appliances on the inside!

★ Beds & Baths: This 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom townhome can accommodate 6-8 guests comfortably with 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Full/Double beds. All 3 bedrooms and 2 of the 3 full bathrooms are on the lower level.

★ Linens: Fully equipped with bedding, pillows, bath & hand towels, washcloths and kitchen towels laundered and ready for your stay. Washer/dryer conveniently located on the lower level, adjacent to the secondary bedrooms.

★ Kitchen/Dining: All the conveniences of home to prepare and serve meals and drinks. Dishes, Pots/pans, cookie sheets, utensils, etc. Seating for 8 at the dining table, plus 4 counter stools, make family gathering easy.

★ Full-Size Appliances: Refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine/beverage cooler.

★ Coffee Bar: Standard and Keurig coffee makers, tea kettle and limited quantities of coffee pods, tea bags, creamers and sweeteners provided for that extra special welcome.

★ 24-hour Guarded Security Gate entry ensures peace of mind that your family is staying amongst owners and authorized visitors of the community.

★ Front Door Access: A unique Access Code to the front door is assigned and provided for self-check-in and for entering the property for the duration of your stay.

★ Parking: Unassigned parking is available in front of the property; limit of 2 per home. Parking is also allowed along the street in the neighborhood, in the direction of traffic.

★ What to bring: Personal items, food & beverages, beach/pool towels (if purchasing club amenities pass), sunscreen & bug spray.

$150 Weekly Rate* (4-7 consecutive days) - Includes a family of 5 (2 Adults + up to 3 children under 23)
+ $15 for each additional guest under 23 yrs old
+ $75 for each additional guest 23+ yrs old
