    •    The Loft: Queen and King Bed (sleeps 4 total) - It does tend to get hot in the loft, please keep in mind.

    •   Up to two dogs are allowed, with a nightly pet fee of $50/dog
    •   Pet fee must be paid and pet form much be filled out before arrival
    •   Dogs must be kept on a leach at all times when outside

• There is an occupied apartment below this unit, home to the property manager. It is a separate and private space with a quiet, full-time single tenant—you likely won’t even notice is there.
• There is NO access between unit A and B/no shared spaces inside the home.
