I’m glad the house layout and cabana worked well for your family, but the entryway, pool condition, grill, cabana water/ice, kitchen burners, and the cooling in the upstairs bedroom should have been in better shape. We had the pool liner repaired during your stay and our team vacuumed after your calls, but that delay and the other maintenance issues are not acceptable. I also apologize for the 11:30 text about checkout — that was a communication error between our team and the cleaning crew and shouldn’t have happened. We’ll review our procedures so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you — your specifics help us prioritize repairs and improvements. We’ll get the cabana running water and ice machine checked, inspect and repair the grill and burners, repaint/clean the entryway, and address the cooling issue in the upstairs bedroom.
