Villa Ô, nouvellement construite à l'été 2017, est une luxueuse propriété contemporaine située dans la station balnéaire d'Orient Beach, très privée, équipée de luxe, incroyablement spacieuse, très bien luxueuse avec 4 chambres / 4 salles de bains avec vue sur la r Martin, 2 piscines avec vue directe sur la mer et St Barth.
Une des plus belle villa d'Orient Beach, à quelques minutes des plages. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever spent time in. The owner/manager was superb- very communicative and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. And we did! The views were to die for, and the house is true luxury with a beautiful aesthetic. We loved that all the bedrooms were essentially the same in terms of size and views, etc. No couple had to fight for the “best” bedroom. Orient beach is about a 15 minute pleasant walk or a 2-3 minute drive. We loved the beach bars and restaurants/shops right there on the beach. We could have just stayed poolside and watched the view all day. Absolutely amazing.

Great property

Wonderful property. We loved that there are 4 king ensuite rooms! Made it perfect for our trip with 7. You are about a 15 min walk to Orient Beach or a 5 minute drive, which made it nice to go grab coffee. We easily drove to Grand Case for dinner (10 mins) on the water. Overall, wonderful location for a week in St. Martin. Our host couldn’t have been more responsive, even booking us reservations throughout our stay.

This luxury, modern property was great from my group of friends and family. The property was well equipped host was lovely. The rooms were all very similar - so no fighting over who get the best room. The view is breathtaking and pool was refreshing. Great location. You can't go wrong here.

Villa O was such a great place to stay.

The Villa O looks even better in person. The host was Veronique was always there for us if we had any questions and made us feel welcome for our arrival to the villa. The villa is facing such a beautiful view of St.Barths and so calm. This is the perfect getaway for your next vacation. Veronique had great recommendations for my stay at St Martin. Our experience at Villa O was nothing but extraordinary! Véronique was there from booking to our departure to answer any and all questions as well as to assist with provisions and finding excursions and places to go. The pictures on the site don’t do this house justice. The view is breathtaking and an amazing backdrop that can be seen in every room in the house. All furnishings are modern, and most importantly clean. If staying in St.Martin I would highly recommend staying here.

Villa O is simply amazing

Our group of four couples absolutely loved staying at Villa O. Bedrooms are very comfortable, common areas inside and outside are great, and views over the infinity pool fantastic. Orient Bay is the perfect location to stay in St Martin, with beautiful beaches, great restaurants and shopping all nearby. Best of all is Villa O’s owner and host, Veronique, who ensures the house is in top shape, and is extremely knowledgeable about activities on the island and is happy to make accurate recommendations and arrangements including beach or dinner reservations, car rentals, boat excursions or a chef to cook your meals at Villa O. I give it the top rating possible.

Gorgeous view from a modern stylish Villa.

Our family of 8, including 3 kids under 10 and 3 grandparents, loved our stay at Villa Ô. The view looking over the pool is breathtaking. The Villa is stylish and comfortable. Eating breakfast and dinner outside was especially lovely. The pool was warm and well kept, it’s surface was like glass reflecting the beautiful surroundings. Veronique was an amazing host. She booked us beach chairs at the various beach clubs (orient bay, anse marcel, grand case). She was very responsive and helpful.

FANTASTIC

I stayed at Villa O with a group of friends in November 2018 and found the villa absolutely fantastic. The furnishings were top of the line, including everything from an induction oven to a high tech stereo system. The beds were supremely comfortable, as were the lounge chairs. The only complaint I have is that the villa was so comfortable that we didn't want to explore the rest of the island! The view from the villa is stunning. You look out over a series of beaches with palm trees swaying all around you. It's a true paradise.

Amazing & Breathtaking!

Our overall stay was amazing. We had a couple minor issues that weren’t in Veroniques full control but she responding immediately and fixed this issues. If you care about the pool being heated just have her double check that the heater isn’t turned off the day prior to check in because it takes a while to heat up. The villa itself was in perfect cleanliness condition when we showed up and there was a cleaning crew daily. The views were breathtaking and every room was perfect from the aesthetic, bathroom, shower, mirrors, view, and size. Veronique provided every single need from restaurant, taxi, massages, and recommendations for fun activities. There were restaurants and grocery stores walking distance from the villa which was nice. We walked to good morning cafe every morning. The nightlife is mainly on the Dutch side so we had a 30 min taxi ride every time we wanted a nice dinner or nightlife but we didn’t mind. The French side is so nice to stay in so it was worth it. Jean (the taxi driver Veronique suggests) was also amazing. Make sure to plan your taxi ride with him through WhatsApp prior to your trip based on your experience. Overall the villa, Veronique, and trip was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views/ Impeccable Property/ Amazing

As soon as we stepped through the substantial wooden door into the impeccably furnished Villa O, we knew we were going to have a great stay in Saint-Martin. My wife and I and three other couples rented the villa for 7 days and immediately felt at home in the large, open and airy space main space, flanked on either side by two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Looking out across Orient Bay, you’ll find yourselves spending much of your time relaxing outdoors in the leather seating area next to the pool or eating at the long table situated outdoors. Both the main pool and adjoining smaller pool are designed in the infinity style and very conducive to relaxing and chatting with friends. We found the sleeping areas to be very comfortable, especially with the high-end AC units. Wooden shutters enclose your bedroom so the brilliant sunrise doesn’t wake you. The cleaning staff was at the villa several times during our week-long stay and did a fantastic job with minimal invasion of privacy. The villa is situated near a back entrance to the compound and very easy to access, although with several gates, you feel very safe. We spent several days enjoying Orient Beach which is a short walk/drive from Villa O. There are several fantastic restaurants right off the beach, as well as a small gourmet grocery store and newsstand. We would highly recommend Veronique and Villa O to any discerning traveler looking for a relaxing, high-end experience.

Even more beautiful than the photographs! Stunning from the moment you enter the property gate, Villa O is the perfect St. Martin house: spacious, comfortable, impeccably designed and outfitted, with a gorgeous ocean view. The four bedrooms are spacious and private. The main room and gourmet kitchen are perfect for cooking, relaxing, or even hosting a party, with a wall that opens to a fabulous deck and the sea breezes. The pool is beyond perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and secure and just a short distance from lovely restaurants, shops, and the beach at Orient Bay. Our hostess was warm and welcoming, and always available to answer questions or assist with reservations and suggestions. Absolutely wonderful.
