This bar brings the excitement in any sport event featuring a 50” Smart TV, 6 woven high chairs and all the amenities of a full bar with a ring toss game and cocktail mixing utensils, a sink, mini fridge, all glassware (wine, martini, margarita, whiskey glass and cocktails glasses), plastic tumblers for outside, large party trays and serving bowls for outside use.

The fully equipped kitchen includes new appliances – gas stove, oven, microwaves, and dishwater. PUR-A filter water pitcher is in the refrigerator. Guests have private access to the entire home and full outdoor amenities area as well as free high speed 1Gib Wi-Fi, free parking area, access to washer and dryer, Netflix and other streaming apps on any TVs.

⁌SEPTIC SYSTEM⁍
This house is on a septic system so please remember to only flush toilet paper and throw everything else in the trash can.

⁌NO GLASSWARE OUTSIDE ⁍ including pool area - please use the plastic tumbler provided at the bar.

⁌ QUIET HOURS⁌
To respect our neighbors, please take account our quiet hours from 10pm to 7am daily.

Other things to note
Please note that the house has security cameras that cover only the exterior areas of the property, swimming pools, and common areas. they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the traveler.

Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure. We do monthly mosquitos and bug spray to assure a comfortable stay to the house and backyard.

Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests find it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane.

The heated pool is available for an additional cost $50 per day for the entire duration of your stay. This fee applies to all nights of the booking regardless of your number of nights you plan to use the heating. Please also note that the pool temperature is influenced by outdoor weather conditions, which may impact the heating limit. If you like your pool heated, please let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival.

We offer Pool fence for families traveling with kiddos to ensure safety and provide you piece of mind. There is a one time installation fee of $100.

NO SMOKING, VAPING OR MARIJUANA USE ALLOWED INDOORS. This includes tobacco, cannabis, and all vaping products. A $500 CLEANING FEE will be charged if any smoke, vapor, or related odor is detected inside the property.
