Welcome to the Chamonix Chalet, a charming 3-bedroom A-frame located right next to Nubs Nob, 2 miles from Boyne Highlands and a quick drive to downtown Harbor Springs. This classic chalet is not only close to area ski hills, but stellar golf courses, hiking and biking trails, and only a few miles to downtown Harbor Springs, Petoskey, or the beaches of Lake Michigan.

The space
This home has three levels and features a primary queen bedroom on the main floor, along with a full bathroom (shower tub), living room, and kitchen/dining area. In the lower level you will find another queen bedroom, bunkbed room, full bathroom (standing shower), and a hangout space complete with a pool table! On the upper floor, an open loft space boasts four additional beds (2 twins, 2 queens) along with a small hangout nook. This floor plan allows the chalet to feel both cozy and spacious with plenty of spaces to enjoy! A cozy, yet open main floor living area allows guests space to gather for meals together or to snack on popcorn and watch movie after a day out on the slopes or at the beach. Send the kids downstairs to play pool or up to the loft to hang out in the additional nook. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, includes a coffee maker with complimentary pods available to guests, and also has some basic spice essentials. Air conditioning and heating as well as a washing machine and dryer are available. The chalet is wifi enabled with TVs having access to Roku live tv and Netflix.

Exterior
A gas grill is at your disposal for outdoor cooking while you dine on one of the backyard or front decks. Enjoy the pleasant surroundings of northern Michigan and make use of the outdoor hot tub & firepit after a fun-filled day of skiing or enjoying the outdoors.

The setting
This chalet is nestled in a wooded lot on a quiet street in the secluded Hidden Hamlet. It's only a stone's throw away from Nubs Nob, 5 min to Boyne Highlands, 10 min to Harbor Springs or Petoskey State Park, or 15 min to Petoskey. The perfect place to enjoy all on your own or share with a group of friends.

This is a relatively quiet neighborhood with some residents residing here year-round – please no parties/large gatherings beyond registered guests. All guests name and contact info will be shared with the HOA as required by our bylaws. Guests may be contacted if HOA rules are not followed.

The Chamonix Chalet has NO SMOKING and NO PET policies. There is ample parking space to tadem park up to 4 guest vehicles, depending on vehicle sizes. Street parking is not permitted. Please note there is a staircase leading from the driveway up to the front entrance, which opens to the lower level of the chalet.
