Great place to stay - great vacation

Our family had a great vacation here. One of our best of a lot of vacations we have been on. Condo is very clean and nice. It's in a great location. Owner is very easy to contact and very nice. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved the condo, had everything we needed. Not overly crowed, never had to wait on an elevator. Pools were nice. Owner was very helpful. Had all the information we needed prior to arrival and even received a call from the owner checking to make sure we had everything we needed.

Prettiest water and white sand ever!! We even wanted to book another night.

Our condo was in the perfect location. It was clean.. but the whole facility is very clean and tidy. Owner was very responsive to questions. Employees were always nice and friendly. Weather was PERFECT. The water was turquoise blue!! We loved it!!

I am not sure what you are talking about here, My cleaning service changes all the linens in my condos every week before any new guests checks in for the week. Thanks for the 5 stars and thanks for your business. 14 years I have been renting this condo. Same cleaning service. no complaints about sheets. I also have ring door video of my cleaning service bringing in new linens the day you checked in.

Amazing views!

This condo was exactly as described. It was roomy, comfortable and well stocked. It had a wonderful view from the balcony. It was convenient to many restaurants and a Wal-Mart, plus walking distance to local beach shops. The floors were a little dirty, but I am sure the cleaning people were working quickly to turn it around for the next renters. Overall a fabulous place to stay! Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and a spacious bathroom with a nice layout!! Loved it. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Property want cleaned and the comforter was threw back on the bed. Also, it smelled like smoke and we contacted to owner and he suggested we just find another place as if his cleaner wouldn't do any of the above. We have pictures and it was very outdated with appliances rusted.

I will let the rest of my feedback speak for itself. Next time you have a problem don't start crying discount before you give the owner or business a chance to fix the problem. I didn't suggest you find another place. You suggested it. I told you that sounds best because I could tell that there was going to be nothing I could do to make you happy. I had no problems before you, I had no problems after you. Over 10 years I have been renting my condo. When there is a problem and very seldom I have one... folks tell me the problem and it gets handled. They don't holler discount on the first call. No one smoked in my condo before or after you stayed. You are definitely a scammer and it did not work. Your initial call was about air conditioning and yes I did have it looked at after you lied about that too ..Tell all your fairytales if your going to tell any. Have a wonderful life and good luck.

Exactly as promised.

Great view of the beach. Construction on property was no problem, especially since we were warned in advanced and it didn’t hinder access to anything. The room was great. Pictures showed were exactly what the owner promised and we were happy with our stay. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wrist bands should not be required. We never used pools.

Our family rented 3 different condos on different floors in different towers. Enjoyed our week !

A beautiful View

We loved the view each morning and it was very clean. My wife and I saw some dolphins swimming early in the morning. There were a few blinds missing and the TV wasn’t in full screen, but other than that it was a perfect vacation. The owner told me he was getting a bigger TV after we left. We used the pool some, but it’s not all that big. I recommend this condo for couples, it’s perfect.

Thank you for the kind review, I'm glad you enjoyed our condo, checkout our new pictures we uploaded since your stay in August... we did quite a makeover with new furniture and a much larger tv in the living room following your stay. SORRY The biggest headache I have are the vertical blinds. We replace probably 10-15 per month when we can secure a repairman... some blinds can be rehung by maintenance or replaced but Some break the hangar and I have to call the blind repair. Some Renters seem to think they can walk through them and accidentally tear slats down on the way to the balcony and children sometimes pull on them. Instead of opening them. But they are so nice when they are all in place....Sorry for the inconvenience, Condos are like homes. Constant maintenance and upgrades. Thank you so much for understanding and I would love to have you and your loved ones back again sometime .. please keep us in mind for future trips to PCB.....E. mail me anytime..Loyd

Perfect location!

Great place to stay. Tub dripped incessantly and a pest treatment was scheduled during our stay. Other than that it was wonderful.

I wish you would have told me while you were there, That there was a faucet dripping, I would of had that fixed immediately. I have a full time maintenance company on call for anything that comes up like that, it is fixed now. Condo's are like homes they have normal wear and tear. I repair and update my condo constantly. My complex has the building and unit sprayed for pest often. It is the beach and that is something they take really serious. The spray company usually emails me on the date they are coming so I can notify my guest but this time I will have to get with them on it. Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful Condo.

Condo was situated in the center of the complex which gave the best balcony views. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Three pools and we choose the smaller one on the east side. Usually only a few people using it and sometimes we were the only ones. Owner was super easy to work with and provided all info on everything we would need. Also 24 hour security which we saw often making the rounds in the parking lot and common areas. Walk to Pineapple Willy's next door and a short (less than a mile) drive to all the activities and amusements. Thanks for a great vacation!

Extended Winter Stay

PRO's: I had the pleasure of staying at this condo from Dec 21-Jan 28. The owner was very responsive to any issues that came up. The owner has everything in the room you could need for a great vacation! Roomy for a 1 bedroom! The Ocean view from this room is AMAZING!!! This room does have WiFi, which some of the Sunbird Units do not. ++ The room is Clean and well kept. I would highly recommend renting from this owner. Great Friendly Owner! CON's: No laundry in the room. Laundry Machines available on site, however the office hours vary if you need change and some staff is not very friendly in the office. Was told during my stay that "they were not a bank" when trying to get change for the Laundry. No change Machines. Painting the building the entire stay so frequently had Painter's on the balcony. Strong fumes. No hot tub at this facility. Has 3 pools, only one is heated.

Hopefully it was a new employee that was rude and we can get a complaint on the right person. Sorry for the painting, not much can be done about that. Our complex like all beach condo buildings do their upgrades and maintenance during the winter months. Our complex works hard to keep everything as new & pretty as possible. Impossible to do upgrades during the Spring, Summer, or Fall. Way to many people in town. Thank you again or your business. Hope to do business with you in the future...Loyd

Amazing Trip

Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. This was a present from my husband for my retirement. It was awesome sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, people watching and watching the sunset.The beach was fantastic and the water was the perfect turquoise color. The condo was perfect for the two of us, but easily could have been used by a family of four. It had everything we needed. Centrally located to everything, and Wal Mart is just around the corner. Went to Shell Island and we saw at least 40 dolphins, our guide said we were a luck group. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again.

Out experience at sunbird

Great location the beach was not to crowded. One of the nices beaches we've ever been to. Would definitely return for future vacations. Nice size room and very comfortable.

Beautiful! GREAT location, GREAT condo, GREAT price!!

Very nice condo!!!

My husband and I stayed in this condo and we loved it! The room was very nice and clean and the balcony had an awesome view! The owner was very friendly, helpful, easy to contact, and fast with the info and transactions. The room is in an awesome location and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We usually come to panama city beach about 3 times a year, have stayed at several places and this is definitely our favorite! We will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BOUGHT THIS PROPERTY AS A INVESTMENT AND A PLACE FOR MY FAMILY TO VACATION, AND I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO GET IN AND OUT OF QUICKLY UNLIKE A LOT OF THE OTHER CONDOS ON THE BEACH..AND I LOVED IT WHEN I SEEN IT ....AFTER LOOKING AT MANY OTHER CONDOS..

This unit has it's own Private dedicated High Speed Internet !!!
GATED PARKING LOT, 3 POOLS, EASY ACCESS FROM PARKING TO UNIT AND FROM UNIT TO BEACH AND ON THE 7TH FLOOR I CAN SEE THE BEACH AND WAY OUT IN THE OCEAN.. AND IT IS NEXT DOOR TO PINEAPPLE WILLY'S AND AROUND THE CORNER FROM WALMART AND WALGREENS AND MUCH MORE ( UNLIMITED PLACES TO GO , FOOD TO EAT, AND THINGS TO DO )
