ENTRY
In order to access the unit, you go in through the front door and up 2 flights of about 8 stairs. This upper unit has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. . There is a living room, dining room, and newly updated kitchen and bathroom. The entire unit is yours. We do have a renter in the downstairs unit, so please be considerate.

BEDROOMS
1st bedroom has a queen bed, Smart tv with Roku setup and apps such as Netflix, Max, and Huli are all accesible to log in with your credentials. Each room also has Spacious closet & 2 night stands with plug ins for your devices.
2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed Spacious closet, with 2 night stands also.
Sleeps 5 max if you utilize the sleeping cot in the unit.

KITCHEN Enjoy cooking in our full kitchen with access to all your basic cooking needs. From pots and pans, utensils and spices - we’ve got you covered. A microwave and coffee maker are also provided for an easy morning in. Enjoy eating your take out or home cooked meals in the full size dining area.

WORK SPACE
There is a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, outlet adaptor, and comfy chair. Fast wifi – 368 Mbps

WASHER / DRYER
There is a free washer and dryer in the basement with laundry detergent.

BATHROOM
Our bathroom has a full size shower/tub and all bath towels, hand towels, and face towels are supplied. Also included are all your showering needs from shampoo, conditioner, . Hair dryer and basic toiletries are there if needed.

DINING ROOM
Plenty of room with the full size dining table to accommodate a nigh in for cooking a delicious meal

LIVING ROOM
In the living room Lounge around on our comfy sofa that will make you feel right at home. Our 43” smart tv will keep you entertained with access to all your favorite streaming services.

You have the entire apartment on the upper unit, the front porch, the backyard, and the basement for laundry. (Which can be accessed through the door in the kitchen.)

There are many restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and other conveniences within walking distance. Lakewood is only 3 miles long x 2 miles wide...So you can essentially walk anywhere in the city with in a reasonable amout of time. There are also bus lines running on Detroit and Madison Ave. Uber or lyft is very accessible and quick to dispatch. There are so many fun, unique, eclectic, and convenient places to see. Lakewood is the most densely populated city in in Ohio(10th in the USA) so it has that urban feel that is very safe. Lakewood also has one of the best parks in the area, with a great view of the lake if you sit on the Solstice steps! (a must check out)
Some other Lakewood places to check out in no particular order are The Melt, Becks art Center, The Root Cafe, Mcarthys Pub, The Winking lizard, Bar Italia, Lakewood Park, Madison Park, Rocky River metro park, Natures Oasis Cafe and dozens of little antique and thrift shops up and down Madison and Detroit avenue.

Some near by notable areas/districts to check out within a short drive of Lakewood are the Tremont area, Ohio City area, little Italy, University village, Crocker park, Edgwater park and beach, The Flats, both east bank and west, East 4th district, West 6th district.

If its' specific destination outside of Lakewood and within a 15/ 20 min drive, here are some notable Places....Playhouse square , rock n roll hall of fame, Edgewater beach, Westside market, The History museum, Southside bar, The Melt, Cleveland Aquarium, Mitchells Ice Cream, Cleveland Zoo and much more! If you need any recommendations just ask!

Uber and Lyft are the quickest and easiest, but there are 2 main bus lines running through Lakewood as well.
