The space
Just 18 MINUTES from the stunning white sands of Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island, and minutes to iconic Clearwater Beach, you’re never far from the water. Prefer charming local vibes? You’re only 10 minutes to downtown Dunedin, one of Pinellas County’s most delightful hidden gems. Explore boutique shops and restaurants, waterfront views, breweries, and walkable streets. Also all within less than an hour drive are Tampa, historic Saint Petersburg, and 35 MILES OF POWER WHITE SAND beaches.

Nature lovers rejoice—this unique neighborhood is home to an abundance of wildlife. Take a walk and you’re likely to spot PEACOCKS (yes, more than 30 of them!), lizards, ducks, turtles, bunnies, and more roaming the area freely. It’s like your own private nature show right outside your door.

THIS IS A VERY QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD WITH AN HOA AND NEIGHBORS ON BOTH SIDES. THE HOME IS NOT SUITED FOR LOUD PARTIES.

*Bedroom 1: The en-suite Owner’s Suite comes complete with a King Bed, Dream-cloud mattress and comfortable linens, a full closet, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has been fully updated for your enjoyment featuring a newly tiled walk-in shower (2025).

*Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with Nectar mattress, closet, smart TV, and pool views.
*Daybed: There is a fully made Twin daybed the common area with a Lucid mattress, great for a child and comfortable enough for anyone!

The pool: While the backyard pool and hot tub offer a peaceful, private escape, the pool itself is older and has weathered many Florida summers and storms. You may notice some staining and a bit of rust in the pool area—totally cosmetic and part of its story. Rest assured, the pool is professionally cleaned and treated weekly to keep it sparkling.

The pool is equipped with a brand-new electric Thermeau heater. This will heat the whole pool in a few hours, but please note electric heaters rely on air temperature to heat, and they seem to do better when the outside air temperature is 70+. The pool will heat, but not if the outside air temperature is below 60 degrees F. This does not seem to affect the hot tub heating at all. If heating the pool, please do not heat the pool to over 95 degrees.


The hot tub: Plan ahead to use your own private heated spa: it takes about 30 minutes to fully heat the hot tub so set it and forget it before you head out to dinner, perhaps, for an evening soak. Full instructions on how to use the hot tub are located inside the home in the home guide.

And about Florida’s wild side: While the home is treated regularly by pest control and cleaned with care, the occasional bug, spider, or tiny lizard may find its way indoors—just part of life in the subtropics. We don’t offer refunds for these native visitors, but if anything seems out of the ordinary, we’ll happily send our pest control team promptly.

Please Note: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Please contact your host immediately if any damage or maintenance issue occurs, so they can be addressed during your stay. If there is a maintenance emergency and the host is not notified, guests may incur additional charges.

-Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be 21 years old to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

-While we want you to have a great time, out of respect to our neighbors, ONSITE PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS ARE PROHIBITED. If unregistered guests or parties are hosted on the property, this is a violation of house rules and the reservation will be subject to immediate cancelation.

Furthermore, by booking this property you agree to an additional charge of $50 per night per unregistered guest, should unregistered (not on the reservation) stay overnight at the property.
-There are 3 exterior security cameras: one on the garage facing away from the home, one in the pool area facing away from the home, and one Ring doorbell camera.

Guest access
The entire home is welcome for guests to use except the portion of the garage which is cordoned off and prohibited from guest access. Guests may not pass the black panels in the garage that is indicated by signs that is the owner’s property and off-limits.

Other things to note
There are 3 exterior-facing security cameras on the property. Owner’s property (marked by black panels and signage) is strictly off limits and will be considered trespassing if disturbed.
