Welcome to our lake house in Tampa.
The screened backyard oasis is a great entertainment space for family and friends to enjoy the saltwater and heated swimming pool, or challenge in a ping pong tournament. It also has a small golf putter green space by the pool. Afterwards, enjoy the BBQ with the gas grill and lounge on the poolside chairs under the warm Florida sun. Enjoy the beautiful sunset by the lake while your family gather by the fire pit at night.

Great location and Host

We had an awesome time, the house was great and the pool was awesome. The host was very responsive if we need anything or had questions. 9 adults stayed here had plenty of room!! I would highly recommend, thank you for an awesome place to stay in Tampa!!

Beds were comfortable, great location, kitchen was fully stocked and had every utensil we needed, pool water was nice and warm. We would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This adorable listing was extremely convenient to navigate around the Tampa area. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of options to accommodate our family of 8. The pool was by far the star of the show, especially for the kids!

Spring Break

The pool and pool area are awesome. Plenty of space for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to many attractions. Nice finishes throughout the home. Would stay here again if available.

Nice home!

We came to Tampa with our daughter and 2 grandkids for another granddaughter who lives there graduation. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was exceptional! Modern appliances and well stocked. John was an exceptional host and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely rent again!

Location

Location was excellent. Close to Bucs stadium, downtown Tampa , restaurants and stores. Some care needs to be given to the outside of home and cleaning to the inside but overall it was a great experience for the family. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy.

Great Stay!!

We had a great stat at this beautiful Tampa home. Very spacious, Newly remodeled kitchens and bathrooms which are very clean. Nice quite neighborhood and close to everything and any place you need. We csme from NY for a Bucs game and we were very satisfied with everything. Great place, thank you!!

Great Spring Break Stay

We had the best stay! The house was just as advertised. The pool area was our favorite place to hang out. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

When we got there the pool was not cleaned but after I noticed it, I contacted the owner and sent him pictures of it. He immediately apologized about this and had the pool person come out the next morning and took care of it. The bricks outback surrounding the pool were very loose and had to be careful not to twist ankles. The light was not always lit in the pool at night. There were ant and gnats sightings in the kitchen. The WiFi signal was very weak (a hit or miss). The TVs were not connected to the Internet and when tried it wouldn’t connect. I had to use my own cellular hotspot to do so. There were dust and cobwebs in the corners near the ceilings and light fixtures. There’s no TV in the kids double bunk beds room. The checkout process is not explicitly explained nor is it written up anywhere. I had to contact the owner via text for specific instructions.Also there were 2 trash cans left in front of house with garbage in them cans - when we first arrived. I also contacted the owner about this.Overall, the stay was okay. But the outdoor pictures when googling this address doesn’t match with the real life property. In person, this property needs to updated. There were broken tree limbs in the front yard and on the roof which makes this property look further dated and needs renovation.

Great time at this house

We had a group of friends come to Tampa from Nashville and the Carolina’s and we had an amazing time at this house! Very nice and relaxing by the pool. We played fun games by the pool and made breakfast in the kitchen. Everything was great and we had a great time! Very nice vacation rental where you don’t even need to leave!

Work trip

This house was perfect for my work trip. I brought my 18 year-old and a friend of hers with me and they had a blast. The pool and accessories are perfect for entertainment. The house is very well decorated and the beds are very comfortable.

Quick visit to Tampa

The property was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. My boys enjoyed playing in the heated pool during December and even caught a bass in the nearby pond. Property manager was very responsive and everything was lovely.

Great house and location.

We had 11 adults stay for a long weekend when attending the Frozen Four hockey tournament. Easy to and from the airport and downtown, in a very quiet neighborhood. The host, John, was very responsive and helpful with our questions. We would stay again.

Not what we expected

Decent house, pictures were very deceiving. Everything is much smaller than looks in pictures and house needs a very good deep cleaning, ants on the counter, which we did tell him about so he dropped off ant traps for the counter, bugs in light fixtures, trim is very dusty, found fingernails on the flooring, video game does not even work, beds are very squeaky and only have a sheet and thin bedspread on them, we went and bought more blankets and pillows for ourselves. We still had a great time in Florida, but would not recommend this house.

Great Mini Vacation

This house was perfect for our size group. We used the pool sooooo much. The kids really enjoyed the game room and all the outdoor activities on the patio. Communication with the owner was great. He responded to all my messages in a very timely manner. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Wonderful family holiday

House was perfect for our family. We loved the pool which was warm enough even for late December swims. The kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable house. Pictures accurately show each room. Liked having game room and ping pong table on the deck. Thank you to the host for good communication.

Great stay

John was very accommodating and friendly. There’s absolutely nothing that we needed that wasn’t at the house. We had a little hiccup but he fixed it RIGHT away. We wished the grill worked and was cleaned because we love to barbecue but, other than that it was a great stay.

Eagles vs Bucs MNF

A group of 8 of us stayed for a combination bachelor party/NFL game (we’re in our late 30’s so the bachelor party aspect was fairly tame). The house was a perfect fit for our purposes. John was responsive and accommodating in getting us into the property early on day of check-in. Just be prepared to Uber everywhere as the house is deep in a neighborhood northwest of the airport. We were making day trips to clearwater and st pete, so the location kind of triangulated these with Raymond James Stadium. The pool area was great. The only way it could be better is with a TV to watch sports.

Couldn’t use the pool

The main reason I booked for a home with a pool and the games which I couldn’t do either. Pool kept getting bugs inside I would have to clean the pool myself every morning. When I reached out to the owner through text he didn’t respond I had to call the next morning 17 hours later and the cleaning fee wasn’t part of cleaning the pool. This was not the ideal start to our vacation. We never used the pool.
