Experience the magic of Lake Tahoe at our newest rental, this charming lakefront home along the tranquil north shore. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat blends classic Tahoe character with thoughtful modern updates, including a fully remodeled kitchen and unbeatable views of the lake and surrounding mountains. With 1,900 square feet of living space, a private pier, and direct beach access, this home is the perfect year-round escape for families or small groups seeking serenity and adventure by the water.

Step inside to a warm, light-filled living space that pairs classic Tahoe charm with modern comfort. The cozy living room features a gas fireplace, plush seating, and oversized windows that frame sweeping views of the lake—perfect for quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or gathering with friends after a day of exploring.

The newly remodeled kitchen is a chef's delight, with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. REQUIRED COUNTY STR PERMIT INFORMATION: STR 24-9100 | TOT #6481 | Max Occupancy is 7 | 2 Parking Spaces. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage at all times. Guest must agree to read and comply with Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.

County Rules
As part of the Short-Term Rental Permit for this home, the county asks that we share the important rules and regulations with you. We appreciate your cooperation in following the guidelines listed below, also included in your signed Vacation Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.

Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Per the County: No sound may be audible from the property line during quiet hours. Amplified sound (such as speakers) shall not be used outside or be audible from the parcel line of any short-term rental at any time.

Lights Out: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors at night.

Red Flag Warnings: Due to high risk of wildfire in our area, bonfires, charcoal barbecues, and wood-burning fire pits are always prohibited. On designated Red Flag Warning Days—when fire danger is especially severe due to dry conditions and high winds—all outdoor fires are prohibited, including gas grills and gas fire pits. These restrictions come directly from the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and must be followed for everyone's safety. It is each guest's responsibility to stay informed about Red Flag Warnings. They are announced on local news, radio, and social media, and you'll also see signs posted at fire stations throughout the area.

Winter Driving: Many highways, access roads, and driveways in the Tahoe area can become icy during the winter. For your safety, it's essential that between November 1st and April 30th your vehicle is winter-ready. Make sure brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater, and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires should be properly inflated with excellent tread, and you should always carry tire chains—even if you have an AWD/4WD vehicle. Double-check that your chains fit your tires and are in good working order. On many state highways and county roads, four-wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel.
Please be prepared for winter conditions: dress appropriately, stay in bounds at ski resorts and if you get lost, remain in place.

Garbage & Bears: Please do not feed the bears. Black bears are very common in this area and, over time, many have become used to human food and trash. Because they no longer have a natural fear of people, you may see them during your spring, summer, or fall stay. Feeding bears is illegal, and leaving food outside, trash unsecured, or doors and windows unlocked can lead to serious property damage to both homes and vehicles. To help prevent this, all waste must be placed in bear-proof bins or dumpsters and the latches secured. Placer County sorts recycling from the waste for you at our materials recovery facilities.

Office Holiday Hours
The TTVR office is closed on New Year's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

We think this review is a mistake and have reached out to VRBO about it. There is nothing written in this review from the guest. In VRBO‘s viewpoint a 1 star is for an uninhabitable property that shouldn’t even be listed as rentable. This stunning lakefront home is the farthest thing from a 1 star!! It has amazing views of the lake, private pier and beach, it’s cozy and well appointed and offers a modern kitchen. Before this property was brought onto VRBO’s platform, it received five stars from all its past guests. We communicated often with this fellow, helping him navigate the house and with all of his requests, in a very timely fashion. We take pride in providing wonderful vacation experiences to our guests of all ages. And we certainly do not feel that 1 star is appropriate or deserving at all. This must be a mistake and we are disappointed it cannot be removed.
