Brand New property with Lazy River in Gulf Shores. Features 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds, perfect for families (up to 12). With 3 full bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of this condo, complete with AC, WIFI, Games & puzzles and spices in the kitchen! A fitness room is just off from the main lobby. All TV's are 70-75".
Walk to Gulf Shores for restaurants and shopping (just under a mile) or OBA Phoenix Rentals. We love having happy customers! Parking is $60 if prepaid thru the website prior to arrival, or $70. if paid onsite at arrival. EMAIL will be sent by parking company. https://pgs2.vrpaccess.com

The location was great. Condo was very nice and clean. Kids enjoyed the slide and Lazy River. Only suggestion I would make to improve is new and more bath towels and larger coffee cups.

I completely understand why others that stayed before our family have rated the condo a 10 out of 10. Host was always on top of the email questions. The rooms were all clean and well done. Great access to beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was everything as described and more. My kids and I had an amazing time. It is a beautiful property and very clean! Confidently located as well. The security there was excellent - strict in their rules, but traveling with kiddos, I personally appreciated it.

Incredible condo!!!! I would recommend anyone rent here. It was incredibly spacious for two medium families. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall an incredible experience!!!

Overall it was a very nice stay. The condo was clean and very spacious, and the host was responsive during the booking process. My only complaint for the unit was the kitchen needs some upgrading on the utensils, prep bowls, etc. Being a larger family on a longer stay, we did cook in the kitchen and this was a bit difficult using the provided materials. The building is also very nice with a nice pool, and the workout center excellent. However, the staff seemed to have a difficult time with some of the guests. There were many kids over taking the lazy river and the slide, and at a point the slide even had to be closed down. On numerous occasions on our trip we seen/heard that things were thrown from balconies as well, and the security was making jokes on the situation. The elevators also take awhile at certain times of the day.

Our room overlooked the pool and the beach. Beautiful sunsets almost every night. One suggestion I would have - it would have been nice to have a folder left in the unit with local restaurant information, phone numbers for local medical facilities and the check-out instructions. I did not see the check-out instructions until the day we vacated. It was a small note taped to the inside of the pantry door. Almost missed it. Also, information about where the trash chute was located and information regarding parking in the garage which we figured out later. Most other VRBO units we have rented in many locations always have a folder of information and sometimes, if we are lucky, a box of local candy. These are just some suggestions, but the unit was gorgeous and very quiet. Would stay again. Thank you.

Wonderful stay! We’re SO pleased with how clean, well stocked, and beautiful the home was. The front desk was so accommodating, the pool was super clean and perfect for young children/family. We’ve been coming to Orange Beach for several years and this has been our most comfortable stay. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room, all the beds and furniture were very comfortable and fresh. We plan on staying at this very location again next year for our trip. Very very pleased! Thank you to the family before us for leaving the bodyboards-the beach wouldn’t have been the same without them.
