Carolina Beach est situé sur la pointe sud de la Caroline du Nord, sur la pittoresque île Pleasure. Cette plage familiale est parfaite pour le surf, la pêche et la collecte de coquillages. Sands V est un complexe de condo en bord de mer à Carolina Beach.

Ce condo de trois chambres et deux salles de bain est parfait pour une famille de huit personnes. Fraîchement rénové pour la saison 2019 avec de nouveaux planchers et plafonds, de nouveaux rideaux, une literie améliorée, des luminaires et des peintures. La chambre principale et le salon se trouvent en bord de mer et mènent aux grands ponts en front de mer, qui sont parfaits pour les repas en plein air et regarder les vagues se dérouler. Profitez d'un plongeon dans la piscine de la rue, ou promenez-vous sur l'océan sur la promenade privée. Il y a un parking pour deux voitures et une zone de cuisson à l'extérieur. . Il est absolument interdit de fumer sur les lieux.

The living & dining area and the deck were a huge plus with great views and a lot of space. We knew it was a 3rd floor place without an elevator and were prepared for a lot of steps so no complaint there. The location was also great. The Rental Company was also very good - and very responsive if we had questions. A few areas for improvement: First, the only closet in the master BR was locked as an owners closet so there wasn't any place in that room to hang clothes. Second, the master bath fixtures need replacing. Calcium is impacting the water pressure from the shower. In fact, both bathrooms are in dire need of an upgrade/refurbish. The kitchen had plenty of storage space but didn't have a knife long enough to cut a watermelon. They were all butter and steak knives. Also, the dishwasher struggled to clean dishes - even ones loaded just before it ran. But with all that said, we had a good stay. We liked the location and complex but would not stay in this particular unit again.

Perfect location! It was nice and clean. Could use a few updates and it was disappointing that the washer and dryer were out of service but would definitely stay there again. We called the host and they were happy to replace our bath towels half way through our stay. They also recommended Pleasure Island Rentals for beach chairs/umbrellas and their service was outstanding!

The stairs were an issue for my father. That needs to be in bold in the listing. Also there is only one parking spot and I did not notice that. That was very inconvenient since my family was bringing two cars. The view was beautiful and check in was easy.

It was great. Wish the property had an elevator. Other than that the property was perfect. The ocean waves at night were great for my sleep. Beds were super comfortable.

The location was perfect!! It close to everything and everywhere we needed to be. It was quiet and the beach was right there. The bathrooms were small. I love that there was an exit in every room to the porch or balcony.

Great quick getaway

Loved being right on the beach. Beautiful porch area! Place could use updates in bathrooms and kitchen but overall nice place to stay. Some communication issues between owner and realtor (owner didn’t know about booking and left items in the kitchen that made it appear unkempt but was quickly resolved).

well 2 of the 3 tvs didnt work washer and dryer didnt work and had a pan in oven used and not cleaned but we did clean it floor needed to be sweep but we did it over all ok but not as expected

Place is dingy

Place is disgusting and pee in both bathrooms, dusty on the floor boards. They did bad job cleaning the house.

We had a poor experience with this property, but Bryant heard our concerns and switched us to another unit. I can't recommend this property, but I can highly recommend this rental agency for their customer service.

We enjoyed the location and all in all everything was fine. We did have an issue with parking as we ended up needing to take 2 vehicles for this trip. I understand completely that there is only 1 vehicle per unit allowed - even though the property was clearly not at capacity the week we stayed - however, when I called for a possible solution the rental company was "0" help and more or less told me - it was my problem to figure out. We had never stayed in this area before and had no clue what to do and they were very quick to offer NO help whatsoever. We figured it out but having at least a kind voice to help out when you first arrive at a new vacation spot - would have gone a LONG way!

We understand your frustration with the lack of support from our, and we will review this feedback to identify areas for improvement in our customer service, but when it comes to parking for additional cars at the complex our hands are tied. Parking in Carolina Beach is very strict, and it is managed and watched closely by the town and HOAs. However, your comments will help us enhance the experience for future guests. We had stayed in this unit before so we thought we knew how it was. The washer had broke so there was no longer a washer. Not enough towels to cover the week since we couldnt wash them. Had to park our second vehicle 1 mile away. Bullard realty is supposed to be overflow parking. Didnt get through to them until Wednesday. I like the location but will not stay in this unit again.
