Inside, an airy open concept living space welcomes you with chic, beachy vibes and plenty of room to relax. The adjacent dining table for seven is perfect for gathering the crew, and a cozy living area with plush seating and a TV offers the ideal spot for movie nights or afternoon lounging.

The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The first two elegant king suites feature Smart TVs, water views, and ensuite bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom provides two twin over twin bunk beds, and access to a full hall bathroom, with kids or additional guests in mind. For additional guests, the queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides more sleeping space to ensure comfort for all.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

The condo association requires a completed registration application form and copies of photo identification for all guests 18 and older. Additionally, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required.

This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. Please note there will be an additional pet fee associated, see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.

Property was great! Nice and very clean. It would have been nice to have a code for the gates along with the fob. It’s a pain having to go down to let guests in. Otherwise great place and would stay there again!

We booked the condo for our last minute family vacation to Anna Maria Island. The property was in a great location and exactly as advertised. The property management was very communicative and eager to assist during our stay. We would stay here again in the future.

Disappointed in the pictures and listing indicating there was a sport bar like space, additional pool/s and hot tub. As well as a fitness center. When we got to the property and asked where those amenities were, we were told we had to stay 30 days to access those amenities. No where in listing was that mentioned. As well as when you have a space that accommodates 8 people but only one key fob to access the pool and gates. Not to mention where you have to drive to pick up the fob. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The furniture/beds were not comfortable.

The pictures of the large pool and gym that are shown online you only have access to if you stay 30 days. This needs to be specified better. We also thought we had access to a hot tub, but that was not correct. The condo is very clean, spacious and nice. However, the amenities are different if you only stay a week. This needs to be clearer. We had issues with getting in and out due to having 2 families and 1 fob. By day 2 or 3, we figured out you could park in the guest parking lot and enter through a gate without a fob. They did offer a 2nd after calling but finding out the gate was open on one side worked out. We also had issues with storage door..after several calls and texts the handle just has to be pulled hard.

Regarding the fob and access, we understand how that can be a bit tricky with larger groups. The HOA provides one fob per unit, but we’re glad you were able to find an alternative access point that worked during your stay, and that our team was available to assist. Do not rent this condo unless you love silly rules and traffic. I specifically rented this condo for ALL the amenities shown in the 61 photos - including a large pool, FITNESS CENTER, and clubhouse with a pool table. After we arrive, we find out YOU ONLY GET ACCESS TO ALL THE AMENITIES LISTED IF YOU RENT OVER 30 DAYS. At the time we rented, there was one tiny little paragraph at the bottom of the Overview section that begins, "If you rent past 30 days...." I did not read that paragraph as I was only staying a week. Turns out that sentence said we only have access to fitness center and clubhouse after 30 days. We found this out by trying to find the clubhouse, and it took me 3 calls with AMI Locals to find out what was going on. After several discussions, they sent me a screen shot of that tiny little sentence in the rental ad. What a completely misleading advertisement, full of beautiful pictures of all the amenities you DON'T get to use. They refused us access even thought they AGREED that the rental listing was confusing and misleading. The weekly rental includes ONE small pool- and get this- IT CLOSES AT SUNSET. There is also a beautiful pond with a wrap around trail- BUT THIS IS ALSO DENIED TO WEEKLY RENTALS. How absolutely ridiculous. I booked based on all 61 photos and the list of amenities and was DENIED all of them. They also require you to pick up gate fob ON THE BEACH and fight beach traffic both ways just to get it to the condo. Very disappointing rental.

Access to certain features, like the fitness center and clubhouse, is set by the HOA and limited to longer stays. That said, we understand how this could have been unclear, and we’ve since updated the listing and adjusted the photos to better reflect what’s included for shorter stays. The key fob pickup process is outlined prior to arrival, though we understand travel timing and traffic can make that feel inconvenient. The condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and upscale. The location was great. Not too far from the pool. Vacation quick access to the island just over the bridge. Very convenient. Only downside was the pool for the short-term renters is a little small and with the heat in Florida the water gets very very warm. Would absolutely recommend and rent again.
