ONE PARTICULAR HARBOUR LOCATED ON THE ANNA MARIA ISLAND SOUND OFFERS AN AWARD WINNING WATERFRONT RESORT LIVING ON FLORIDA'S LAST PRIVATE ISLAND. This new community One Particular Harbour overlooks the sparkling waters of Anna Maria Sound just moments from Anna Maria Island.

This spacious three bedroom lagoon-view condo sleeps 7 and features a king in the master -en suite has a walk in shower , King in the 2nd en-suite bedroom with a full bath, two twins in the 3rd bedroom. Large island kitchen with comfortable seating Enjoy casual entertaining or more formal dining. New stainless steel appliances include dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, range, and refrigerator. Large screened lanai with patio table and chairs, beach chairs, and beach towels makes this the perfect vacation spot.

Breathtaking sunset views of Florida's Favorite Beach Community! Anna Maria Island was named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal. A large mangrove preserve on the east side. One Particular Harbour offers easy access to Sarasota and Tampa via US 41 and I-75.

Our family has been coming back to One Particular Harbor for several years and enjoy our stay. Our grandkids enjoy the pool and we appreciate the security. Just across the bridge is the lovely Anna Maria Island.Our condo unit was very well equipped and very clean

Fabulous condo, Great location, Great view, Heated Pool was a huge Bonus, actually heated for our little Grandchildren, Great communication with the property Manager. Highly recommend this location and Condo.

Beautiful condo in excellent condition with superlative views

Property was clean and well-appointed. Pool area was in excellent shape and very inviting. Condo has great water views. However, we did have trouble gaining access to the property. Our arrival plans were not given to or retained by the property manager and so we had to jump through lots of hoops to get past the security gate--this in the dark after a very long day of travel. This frustrating bit of slippage was our only problem with the property. Otherwise, all was perfect!

Very noisy work on bldg, very bright lights, no dimmers, couldn't get cable TV in master. Garbage too far away. Terrible weather not your problem!

This condo was amazing. Decorated very nice, spacious and super clean. Loved the gated community and the safe feeling it provided. The pool was amazing. Made me feel very beachy! The view is amazing. Beautiful sunsets. It is a must stay!

Great location. Manager responsive. Would give higher rating if better beach chairs and some more supplies...kitchen condiments. Toilet paper. Garbage bags. Have stayed at other condos same complex and others on Anna Maria to compare.

This is a beautiful property. Condo has absolutely everything you need and great location near Anna Maria Island and close to IMG Academy. Only note would be to leave the keys/fobs in the condo rather than pick up and drop off at the office.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home was clean and the views were breathtaking. Staff was very responsive to our issues, but it did take them up until the last day to get those issues resolved - we had hoped for a quicker response. We would still stay here again.

Nice accommodations but had maintenance issues

We arrived for our 9 day stay on Thursday with no issues. Once in the condo we realized that the master bedroom's ceiling fan/light didn't operate correctly (light had to be on to use the fan- so no air moving during the night). The fan/light in the 2nd master didn't work at all. We put new batteries in both remotes, no help. We messaged the host. She sent someone the next day, but they weren't able to help. Was told it would be repaired before our departure. When we left at the end of our stay the fans/lights still didn't operate. (A box fan would have been nice). No compensation was offered. Also we had to ask for wash cloths because there was only 2 in the 3 bed/bath unit-received them on the 4th day of our stay. Over all the condo was nice and the kitchen was very well stocked. We stayed Jan 9-18th 2025

It was just a short drive over the bridge to Annamarie Island which made things very convenient and grocery stores were very close by for necessities. The staff was very responsive and welcoming throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and well furnished, except for a couple minor things: there was a shortage of mugs and spoons, and window blind in the twin bedroom did not block the light from the outside hallway. Rented bikes on Anna Maria Island, riding on the sidewalks/streets, no bike paths. Loved Coquina Beach. Went to a Pittsburgh Pirates spring training game, nice ballpark! Also rented a pontoon, visited Sarasota and Bradenton.

Beautiful location, great condo, clean

It's a great place. Beautiful view with osprey, roseate spoonbills, rabbits. Great sunsets, great pool. The condo has everything you need, all the glasses, dishes, towels you could want. several of the elevators weren't working in buildings and an alarm was going off for days in one of the equipment rooms. The music at the pool was a bit loud. Clear instructions on where to dispose trash would help.

Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean, very well appointed condo complete with everything you might want during your stay (board games, books, storage locker with beach gear and a fully equipped kitchen). Wonderful view of sunsets from the screened porch that opens to the living space. We had an amazing stay! Less than 2 miles to Manatee Beach - we walked, biked and drove across the bridge. Highly recommend! While visiting I would also recommend Anna Maria Island Dolphin Tours - great combo snorkeling, sandbar, dolphin tour. Perico Preserve and Robinson Preserve were close and great places for a morning walk.
