NEVER BOOK WITH BRETT ROBINSON

Our trip was marked by multiple maintenance failures and communication with mgmt was impossible. For every problem we were given the runaround. 1.The exhaust fan in the master bathroom leaked and had made a puddle of water when we arrived. An incompetent maintenance person came, said just don't use it, and never solved the problem. 2.The air conditioner in the entire building went out on our first night and was not repaired until our departure day. Communication with mgmt on the issue was horrible and trying to say it was "Act of God" but there was no storm. 3.The master tub had an internal leak and flooded the master closet. Maintenance had to turn off the water repeatedly, we were unable to use the tub, they did not manage the water in the closet well, and they put one of the knobs on backwards. 4.In a minimal effort to dry the several inches of water in the closet they connected a dehumidifier. It made the condo hotter without the a/c and they left the hose on the floor which flooded the master bathroom. When we talked to someone we were told housekeeping would come clean it up. When they never came, we checked in and were told - "She dropped off towels but she does not have to clean that up." 5.We communicated through the app all of the issues we were having and were told we needed to speak to the front desk, the person there said we needed a manager (who never called), we chased her down and were told the ops mgr would call. She hasn't.

We deeply regret the numerous maintenance failures and the lack of effective communication that marred your stay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced. Master Bathroom Exhaust Fan: The leaking exhaust fan created an immediate problem upon your arrival. It’s unacceptable that the maintenance person advised you to simply avoid using it without resolving the issue. Air Conditioner Failure: The building-wide air conditioner outage on your first night, lasting until your departure, was a significant discomfort. The inadequate communication and mislabeling it as an "Act of God" were frustrating, especially in the absence of a storm. Master Tub Leak: The internal leak in the master tub, which flooded the master closet, was poorly managed. Turning off the water repeatedly, failing to manage the water properly, and installing a knob incorrectly only added to your inconvenience. Dehumidifier Issues: The dehumidifier, intended to dry the closet, added to the heat in the condo without air conditioning and caused further flooding in the master bathroom due to a misplaced hose. The housekeeping’s refusal to clean up despite being informed was unacceptable. Communication Breakdown: Attempting to resolve these issues through the app, front desk, and management was futile. The promised calls from the operations manager never materialized, leaving you without support or solutions. We apologize for the subpar service and the distress it caused. Your feedback will be used to address these issues and improve our processes. We hope you consider giving us another chance to provide the quality experience you deserve.

Phoenix West #702

Our family of six were overjoyed with this condo!! We loved every minute we stayed here! This condo is emaculate and spacious! We will book this specific condo again in years to come!!❤️❤️❤️
