There are 5 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, the second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a full bed.
On the bottom floor, the fourth bedroom has two full beds & another private ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is the one you've been waiting for - a custom built-in, full-over-full bunk bed + a SLIDE! Super unique and fun, the kids will never want to leave!

This home has 3 full bathrooms, all three with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The first bathroom is a private ensuite to the upstairs master bedroom. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
