Home is as shown and described. Comfortable layout for adults and children. The amenities are breath taking; never tire of the water view and access. Use the kayaks! You are at a distance from stores, so plan your provisions. The locals are so kind, thanks to them for sharing their beautiful Exuma. Will need a repeat of this stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Silver Palms! The house was fantastic and perfect for 4 couples. The views were outstanding and quite magical. We couldn't wait to get back to the villa every day!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Exuma. The home was exactly as promoted - clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, making everything seamless.The pool was fantastic, and having direct access to such a beautiful beach was a real highlight. The scenery is simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear water, white sand, and stunning views created the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying everything Exuma has to offer.Overall, this was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a beautiful beachfront property with an attentive host and incredible surroundings, we highly recommend it.

The villa itself is absolutely exceptional. It is beautifully maintained, exactly as pictured, clean, well-stocked, and sits on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach we've ever experienced. The owners were responsive, courteous, and clearly care about their home, and it truly shows. We would not hesitate to recommend the property itself.Unfortunately, our experience with their property management team and the coordination of guest services was very different. Throughout our stay, transportation and several pre-arranged services required repeated follow-up, experienced significant delays, or lacked proactive communication. While unexpected issues can happen anywhere—especially on an island—timely updates and realistic expectations would have made a tremendous difference. Instead, the repeated uncertainty made it difficult to plan our days and had a meaningful impact on our vacation.Overall, we loved the villa and Exuma, and we genuinely believe this home deserves its outstanding reputation. With stronger communication and more consistent coordination from the property management team, this would easily have been a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at SPV. The house is so spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the hot tub and awesome pool.

Lovely Atmosphere

The house was great we went from the pool to the beach all day. The hot tub was so relaxing. The chef service was awesome!! A nice place stay if you want to relax.

Beautiful tastefully decorated house on a private beach with amazing outdoor space! Loved it!

Owners were quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. Property manager was helpful with arranging meals, transportation and pre stocking groceries.

Wonderful visit from beginning to end. Beautiful oceanfront views of blue water. Judy is one of the best property managers ever. Delicious chef prepared dinners and answers to every question.

Paradise!!

Location was remote, but the private beach was absolute heaven. The island of Exuma itself is absolutely gorgeous. The water is great. Worth renting a boat. The house had everything you needed. Property manager was super responsive. There is construction going on next-door though and the roads are very bumpy to get there… we had a great time!

Fantastic!!

We had a great time at Silver Palms Villa. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed Exuma. Judy was very helpful and booked us wonderful excursions. Pool and view are great. If you go, don't miss Preston's Sky Juice down at the Exuma Yacht Club in Georgetown, it can't be beat!

2020 Holiday Getaway

The Property was absolutely fantastic. Postcard views in every direction. Mark was very accommodating and house manager Judy worked hard to provide for every need. We can’t wait to return one day soon.
