We had the best time!We checked in to a quiet, clean, beautifully decorated condo. Checkin was a breeze. It had everything we needed- plastic sandwich bags, tin foil, all kitchen utensils, extension cord, small shampoo/conditioner/lotion, plenty of toilet paper and a starter of dishwasher soap, extra trash bag, a few laundry soap pods and paper towel roll. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo as it had plenty of space. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was ideal. The showers were beautiful and so comfortable. There was plenty of space in the master closet to put a pack-n-play. Our favorite spots were the exceptionally large porch and dining table with incredible views of the ocean and of the events at the Ritz (kids liked seeing tents be setup and wedding parties departing).. and also the beach, of course. It’s a quiet condo. So much so that we rarely heard any noise from anyone else in the building. The outside closet was a highlight- including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels.When booking this place several months earlier, I asked about the walking distance to the pool and the beach, as we had the possibility of elderly family members joining us. I was told about the nearby pool and access to the beach from there. My only disappointment is that no one informed us that this pool and beach access was closed the whole week. Thankfully we could go to the other pool and accessway, but it was quite a bit further to walk. Otherwise, we’d love to come back!

Outstanding condo on the Amelia Island Coast! Michelle, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. The space quickly becomes a home away from home with comfortable beds and furniture, a super well stocked kitchen and a wrap around deck with plenty of seating. It’s in a great location too! Thank you!

Amelia Island favorite

This condo was perfect for our spring vacation. Beautiful location overlooking the Ritz gardens and the beach. We’ve stayed at other locations on the Island but this ranks as one of the best.
