I greatly enjoyed my stay here. I love the cozy home feeling, and the neighborhood makes you feel extremely safe. Alice is very accommodating, she allowed me to check in early, which was such a relief because my train arrived much earlier than the original check in time. Neighborhood is very quiet at night, bed is sooooo comfy. Bonus: there is a cat that you can see chilling in the window sometimes from the neighbor townhouse right outside from where you're staying!Would definitely book here again if I come back to the area!

Overall ok for the price. Host is incredibly nice and set up my parking for my stay. Unfortunately the sheets were stained and did not feel great sleeping on the bed. Had to wash my own sheets. Room could have used a bit more cleaning overall. Quiet and nice neighborhood.

Great value. This is a private room on 3rd floor of townhome, shared bathroom with other rental room, shared kitchen in nice area. 10min walk to Milpitas bart, great mall, trader joe supermarket. Nice host who lives on premises, fast wifi. So if you dont mind 1h bart ride with 23 daypass and sharing, it is an economical option to peninsula lodging.

Alice was a great host. Very accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The home was very quiet and peaceful. The location is right next to the major public transit station. And the rate was incredibly reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was exceptionally communicative, friendly, and helpful from the very first message through checkout—always quick to respond and genuinely accommodating. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and just the right size for our group.I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and have already recommended it to two coworkers who are planning trips soon. Everything was wonderful, there was just a technical hiccup at check in with the code to get into the building. The device did not work and I had to wait outside for around 45 minutes trying to get in touch with the property manager. That said, she responded and helped us get in, and everything was lovely after that. They were very welcoming, polite and helpful.
