Guests will need a personal vehicle, as public transportation is limited in the area. The villa includes free on-site parking, with additional guest parking nearby. For lake lovers, multiple public boat ramps and launch sites are located nearby, including options for dock rentals and boat storage through Treetop Village. Located just off the championship Witch’s Cove Golf Course in the exclusive Village of Four Seasons, this retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and resort-style amenities—designed for couples, families, and memory-makers alike.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

No Party Policy: Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana is allowed inside or outside the property. Any evidence of violation will result in a $500 fee for odor removal and cleaning.
