Charmante maison unifamiliale située à seulement 500 mètres de la plage. Il y a 3 chambres au total plus une chambre / salon supplémentaire au 1er étage. Deux chambres ont chacune un placard et un lit queen size. Elles partagent également une salle de bain complète avec une baignoire. La chambre principale a un lit king size, un dressing et une salle de bain complète avec douche à l'italienne pour deux personnes. Tous les 3 chambres situées à l'étage supérieur
le premier étage a un concept ouvert et consiste en une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon, avec une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes, avec une télévision grand écran SMART et un canapé pouvant s'ouvrir sur un grand lit. Il y a aussi une chambre / salon avec un grand canapé qui s'ouvre sur un grand lit double.
Il y a un porche couvert qui fait face à la rue et une terrasse face à la cour privée et calme.
Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un grand espace blindé avec un toit solide pour des activités de détente en plein air. À l'intérieur, il y a une table de pique-nique et une table de ping-pong.
Toute l'île est accessible à vélo et la plupart des routes ont des pistes cyclables. Hilton Head Island a le surnom d’île cycliste. Les supermarchés Whole Foods et Kroger ainsi que le centre-ville sont à seulement 1,5 km.
Le restaurant italien Grill de Carrabba est accessible à pied.
La plage, le tennis, le golf et les divertissements, par exemple.

Great location! Host provided a clean house with plenty of beach supplies and space for a family. Easy walk to a nice park with beach access, playground, showers, and bathrooms. This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed here.

Lovely house and location

The house was clean and comfortable for our family of four adults. It was great to be able to take a short walk to the beach every day. The neighborhood was quiet, even though we were close to the main street on HHI. Communication with our host, Marina was excellent-she was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

House was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. Host (Marina) was great—she was very attentive and provided lots of great recommends. Had a wonderful time on the island and Marina made it stress free and extra fun.

The house was wonderful and humble. The home is in a quiet gorgeous neighborhood. The house is exactly as it is described, it is very spacious. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk (if you walk fast aha, but still an easy walk to the beach and there is also a ramp!). The host, Miranda was SO kind, patient, and very easy to communicate with. She really is the ideal host! I would most definitely recommend this house for a large family/friend group. Thank you!

Beautiful Home--Walk to the beach!

Marina was wonderful. She checked in frequently to make sure all was ok. House was clean, beds comfortable, newer appliances, stocked kitchen--plenty of room for our family! We all loved the ping pong table too. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfectly placed

The house is set in the perfect location. You can walk down the street to the Bradley Beach public boardwalk in just minutes. It is situated in a great location right off William Hilton highway that is quick to get in and out of without jumping through a bunch of hurdles like some areas of the island. The house has exactly what you need to host a family, and the dog run is a terrific addition for a pet.

Perfect and so close to the beach!

The house was so nice! The ping pong table is definitely a perk so you do not have to spend too much money in the afternoon for entertainment. Very close to everything and just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view. The beach did not have too many people and did not really get too crowded. There are a lot of stairs but lets be honest... when your vacationing you eat too much anyway so might as well try and walk off some of those pounds you gain.

Great beach house

I don’t where to start, really. Clean property and great communication. Marina returned emails promptly before booking, after, and even during our stay. I was afraid I was honestly bothering her. Quiet, cute, borderline bougie (as the kids would say) beach community on a quiet dead end. Ending at the beach, of course. Weather cooperated making my minor complaint even more minor, and that was setting on the ac. I like it cooler than most, and it wouldn’t turn down to my preferred settings. I’m sure, with advance enough notice, a summer traveler could have this rectified in advance. It’s not enough to really mention, but I want to make a fair and accurate description of my stay. I appreciate her accurate description, nothing over hyped or exaggerated. Clean, well maintained property.

Location is great. Listing was misleading

The listing originally had hot tub listed as an amenity. There was never a hot tub. There also isn’t 4 bedrooms. There are 3 BR and a sleeping area in the sitting room but there were no doors to close it off from the rest of the house. It is open to the kitchen and front door. The internet code that was on the listing was wrong but she did send a pdf over that had the correct info. However, we were there for over 24 hours without the correct information. Also the pool table is very tiny in the dining area. Not to standard. That was fine but it shouldn’t be listed. I was just disappointed that overall, the listing was inaccurate and I wanted specific things which was why I chose that house. Overall, the house was okay but I felt very disappointed in what I thought we were getting vs. what we actually got.

✹Walk to the beach 24x7 beach house. Cleaned with Ozone and by the best housekeeper, there is.✹Perfect beach getaway, the beach is only 500 yards away. This is a charming 4 bedroom house, with a large screened area on the ground level of the back of the house. Very private and peaceful. Affordable and very close to the beach. Perfect? Private yard space with enclosure for a four-legged guest. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen, includes tea, coffee, and some spices. A washer and dryer at your service and laundry detergent are provided. Ample supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Two hairdryers. Lots of space, very homey with beautiful paintings displayed throughout the house. There is a kid size pool table in the living room and a full size ping pong table on the ground floor, very popular with our guests. ★Just 37 miles away from MCRD Parris Island and are very popular with military families★. We had ten people. So, with the full house, one more bathroom would have been helpful. The walk to the beach is about 10 min...a nice walk, though. The park at the beach has water to rinse off sand. It was a nice place to stay.

At first glance, clean, neat & spacious.

Very spacious, neat, we'll kept house. Unfortunately, the king sheets were covered in dog hair (which I didn't notice until bedtime)& the towels & hand towels were hard. After paying over $1000, I expected a little more. Soft towels & clean sheets. This house was a great fit for this trip & would be great for families with kids too. After mentioning the sheets to the owner, she did offer to come change them but we were only there 2 nights and I had already gotten as much hair off as I could so I didn't bother with the hassel. Overall, wonderful getaway house but because it's dog friendly, I would bring my sheets next time.

At the beach hut, we clean everything very thoroughly, after each and every guest. Regarding towels, we do dry them on the sun, naturally, weather permitting, as we try to use fewer chemicals. I am sorry it wasn't to your liking. You didn't mention during your stay that you had problems with towels. I am very responsive and would have addressed it right away. House is indeed clean, neat and spacious and prepared with love for each and every guest. Hilton Head Island is a dog-friendly island and so are we. Many guests travel with their dogs and appreciate my house, we even have dog's fenced yard. It's so much fun to bring your dog to the beach, where they can run a swim freely. We even have dog's park and it's in a working distance. The dog is a family member and vacation is a family time. What about ping pong table? Did you enjoy a game or two? What about dinner under the stars in the screened area we have downstairs? Did you barbeque on the grill? Enjoyed the glass of wine with the music of cicadas. To me, it's so serene and sooting as our backyard is so private and quiet. And the beach? Watching sunrise is so mesmerizing. My favorite thing to do, early morning run followed by a swim🏖🏓. What a way to start the day! Did you visit any of our recommended restaurants? Which one was your favorite? Maybe you are like me and prefer home-cooked meal? The full kitchen has everything you need including the large fridge and new dishwasher.🍉🍽 Did you go for a bike ride? I love biking including the beach, almost all of our guests rent bikes to get around, park their cars in our garage for the duration of their stay and just bike or walk. The dress code bathing suit only and flip flops are optional. Simple island life to relax and unwind. All dog hair is removed, via vacuuming multiple times and also lint rolling. We never missed the mark and pride ourselves on a consistent 5-star rating on cleanliness. I am sorry we missed the mark for your stay and will try harder the next time. Hilton Head Island where modern meets nature. LOVE and PEACE. Beach hut paradise. What a gift! Welcome two and four-legged creatures let us all live in peace.

Do you want to visit Hilton Head Island? I love you already and will make our best effort to make your visit enjoyable. I live on the budget too and this is why my property is very affordable. Very spacious, close to everything, with ping pong and games table. Back of the house is facing wild land, and it brings peace and quietness to the house and guests. Home away from home, what else can you wish for? I'm hands on owner, employ locals only and pay them well. You will support local economy by booking my house.

Close to the beach and yet very private and quiet. Close to shopping and dining. Tennis in a nearby park within walking distance. You can bike to play golf in Port Roya. What else are you wishing for? Let me know, I might be able to make it a reality. Hilton Head Island is very picturesque, there isn't anything quite like it. It's both rustic and modern, with 20 miles of beaches and more than 250 restaurants. Forest Preserve and Theater. You can bike everywhere and leave your car in the garage. Bike rentals are plentiful including electric. I call my electric bike my summer mode of transportation. How about shark teeth for momento? I am a Superhost, come and sample my hospitality, and see for yourself.
