Looks can be deceiving. I donât normally complain about this but as a heads up to future renters I would not stay here. Ice makers leaked and caused ice to become one big block. The dishwasher wasnât mounted properly to the cabinet. Bed was very firm, so firm we tried the sofa bed the next night. Construction was going on at the building that required lots of drilling that was so loud you could hear it from the beach and couldnât sit in room without the noise being so loud. There was no communication from Brett Robinson giving us the heads up about this. The front manager was very understanding and credited 10% but I would have rather stayed somewhere else if given the option.
View was good. Outside furniture very cheap and worn, not up to par with other condos we have stayed for equal price. Kitchen tools were bare minimal, decor outdated. Bathroom is very small, and there was soiled pillow cases on the bed and the throw blankets smelled. Floor was clean. Mold growing on ceiling and what appeared to be a leak in master and was not sure if there was an active water leak in bath on ceiling, called maintenance though. Kitchen cabinet door hanging off face and also in bathroom. I am a Realtor and was very surprised the property was maintained at this condition. The Phoenix, this was my first stay with them and seems to be very family friendly, big pool, elevators run fast and there was 2.
We liked the location and the condo was okay in general although the sofa was sagging and the bed wasn't comfortable.
Patio furniture was plastic chairs and table. Would've liked a lounger or something more comfortable.
Awesome condo stayed with my family of 4, in a great location, lots of activities on site! The staff was helpful and courteous! I will be staying here again !!
