This charming 1950s lakefront home offers a private dock, kayaks, and stunning views from a large yard that leads directly to the water. While a public access point borders the property, it’s rarely used—offering a nearly private lakefront experience. Enjoy calm mornings, seasonal sunsets, and close proximity to downtown Frankfort, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City.

-Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, dock, and amenities

-Smart lock entry is on the north (lake-facing) side of the home

-West-side entrance near the driveway does not have guest access

-Parking for 2 cars in driveway + free street parking

ℹ️ Additional Notes

-Public access borders the property but is rarely used

-Septic holding tank: please be mindful of water use

-Outdoor shower is ideal to help reduce tank fill-up

-Ring camera on exterior (north side, facing lake) for security

-Minimum Stay: A 3-night minimum stay is required most of the year. However, in July and August, bookings require a 7-night minimum with Friday check-in and Friday check-out only.
