This was a perfectly smooth experience. I would’ve given 5 stars except there was nothing that stood out to make it an exceptional experience. The home was clean and exactly what we had expected based on the descriptions. The host was informative and provided great communication. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and there was sufficient parking in the driveway. Everything appeared to be clean and tidy. The best way to describe this rental property is it’s just your basic utilitarian home for a place to sleep at night and congregate briefly in the evenings which was perfectly fine for our needs. We didn’t need a giant sectional sofa or a hot tub or any other frills for this trip. We appreciated having a place that was large enough to accommodate our group of 6.5 for the Cincinnati BLINK weekend and the price was very affordable. Thank you!!!

4 Stars because everything was great. Next time I'll make sure to serve tea. These are the most painful reviews. Reviews mean everything and withholding a 5 star review because there wasn't a sectional or a hot tub (and to be clear, there isn't one advertised so it shouldn't be expected) and the place met all your expectations is the type of person the tips 10% unless they get exceptional service. This is scrooge behavior. Be better.

Great location, but needs some love!

The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved!However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the neighbor's motion flood light and the early sunrise.This home has great potential, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guests' experiences.

The listing stated the property was immaculately clean and it most certainly was not! Upon entry, we were met with a terrible smell! The floors were filthy, there were holes in the walls, and the vents and returns were covered in dirt. We had to go to the store to get cleaning products and sprays, sheets, towels, and slippers to try and make it stay able. When my daughter took a shower the hot water nob fell off and she couldn't get out fast enough before getting her back burned because the water was super hot. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to turn the water off and be able to use it the rest of the stay. On day two, we came back from our excursion to an infestation of flies! I contacted the owner about the home being filthy and the holes in the walls and he said he was sorry, on his way out of town and wouldn't have good service, and asked what he could do to fix it. When we came back to the flies, I asked for, at minimum, a partial refund. I didn't get a response for several days. When he did respond he stated that things were weird at the home, asked me where the towels and shower curtain were (we removed them and used our own because the ones provided were disgusting). I told him the were in the bathroom closet and asked if he was going to address my issues and the fly infestation. He has not responded. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME!

This guest booked the wrong day. Sunday instead of Saturday. She did receive multiple messages from me indicating the dates she booked, like all guests do, with all the house info. On the day she thought she booked, she realized, and after I clarified she booked Sunday, she said, "Ok, thanks". I assumed from that she was going to stay on the Sunday instead. No communication otherwise. But she never stayed at the house. I don't know if she thought she canceled or was getting a refund or something. I have no idea. The one star is for her own communication and attention to detail. Had zero to do with me or the property.
