Welcome! Our modern split level home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and can sleep 10 guests. Here you will find hardwood floors throughout, a fully-equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, laundry room, a fenced backyard, and more! Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown and just minutes to North Carolina State University. This is the perfect place to stay for family and friends alike! The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the first bedroom will be to your right, you can go downstairs to the kitchen and living room, or you can go upstairs to get to the remaining bedrooms. As you go down the stairs to the main living area and kitchen, you will immediately notice the openness of the space. The sleek and modern furnishings make this room inviting and warm. The fully-equipped kitchen has upgraded finishes and appliances and is stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay! The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room. Over here you will find a comfy couch with an extended chaise and a large SmartTV. There is also a half bath on this floor. If you head back toward the front door, you will reach the first bedroom. In here you will find a full bed. Continue up the stairs to reach the additional 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom on this floor is to your right, it has a full bed. The next bedroom is just down the hall, this room also has a full bed. At the very end of the hall is the very spacious master bedroom. In here, you will find a vaulted ceiling, king bed, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a dual vanity and an all tile standup shower. Please note, an air mattress is located in the master closet available for use. The second full bathroom is also located on this floor. It is located in the hallway across from the laundry room and features a shower/tub combination. Don’t forget the outdoor space! Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located just less than a mile from downtown Raleigh and minutes from North Carolina State University. Conveniently located with easy access to everything Raleigh has to offer!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
