The Space:

Nestled on the scenic Tahoe Donner Golf Course, this luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin offers 2650 sq ft of mountain elegance. Designed for both relaxation and recreation, it features multiple spacious decks. The main level's open floor plan is perfect for gatherings, with a 60" flat-screen TV and access to outdoor dining. The large flat driveway can accommodate a Wakeboard boat and the Private beach club access is a huge bonus for those seeking easy boat launch access on Donner Lake or just beach club amenities with all the bells and whistles!

The primary suite offers a Queen bed. A second guest room on the main floor provides direct access to another full bathroom. Downstairs, the Junior primary suite features a queen bed. The fourth guest room and another full bath complete the lower level.

Guests receive guest badges, granting access to Tahoe Donner's amenities for a small daily fee. Enjoy the private Beach Club with Marina access, pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, and more. The cabin is ideally located near Donner Lake, Truckee, and world-class ski resorts, making it the perfect year-round retreat.

Access to Private Amenities

Guests are granted access through Short-Term Tenant Cards, which allow entry to all private facilities with the payment of a daily access fee. Each card is valid for one individual per day, is non-transferable, and must be presented with a valid photo ID at each location.



2025 Daily Access Fees

Ages 7 and older: $24 per person



Ages 3–6: $10 per person



Ages 0–2: Free



These fees apply to all private amenities listed above.

The Northwoods Pool offers a family-friendly environment with a slide and children’s area. The Tennis & Pickleball Center features well-maintained courts. Daily reservations for tennis may be made by contacting us.
