**Pet Policy**

We welcome pets based on size, but advance notice is required to avoid reservation cancellation. A pet cleaning fee applies as follows:



* **Stays of 1–4 nights:** \$35 per night, per pet

* **Stays of 5–29 nights:** \$250 total per pet

* **Stays of 30+ nights:** \$400 total per pet



**Guest Verification Requirements**

To comply with legal standards and maintain property security, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This may include:



* Submitting a valid government-issued photo ID

* Verifying contact information

* Completing verification through our secure online portal

* Undergoing a background check, if necessary

**Rental Agreement**

Guests must sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation. By booking, you agree to:



* Follow all rental terms and conditions

* Provide a valid photo ID prior to check-in

* Complete a background check if required by the owner or property management

* Finish the verification process to receive check-in instructions



**Verification Timeline**

All required verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Reservations may be canceled if requirements are not met on time.

To ensure a safe and respectful environment, the property includes:

* A Minut device inside the unit to monitor noise levels

The thermostat is preset to a comfortable temperature range. Only the Host can adjust it remotely if necessary. Guests may request temperature changes, as direct control access is limited.
