** Tous les nouveaux meubles ont été ajoutés à chaque suite du Phoenix All Suites West Hotel, situé en bord de mer, à Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Les travaux de modernisation de l'intérieur ont été achevés en décembre 2016. **

Clean property with a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf. The carts for taking our bags and supplies up to the room were a nice touch.

Pleasurable

I loved eveything about the stay except there are no signs explaining that the in order to find office you have to get on the elevator and go to level one. I was very confused about the office and had to ask someone but other than that it was great! No problem and will stay again!

Loved our time at this oceanfront property, comfy beds, great staff… only slight disappointment was when I realized the pic in the description is a kiddy pool and not a hot tub. Totally my fault for overlooking this not paying better attention. Would stay again.

Frustrating because Unable to check in until 6:48 pm where it was advertising check in at 4:00pm and it was selected to check in by 4:00pm. I have received massage when signed agreement that closer to check in day I will receive massage or text that my room is ready. I did not… I had to speck w/ registration clerk when we arrived and she said that I will receive text. I did not … I only received text massage after I had to go again for her to check if room is ready? She kept on calling multiple times to get room cleared.I was ready to leave….Unable to enjoy sunset from the property got dark by the time we were able to check in. Carpet has spots and stained in the bedroom, shower do not drain and can not adjust air ( it was in paperwork to leave it at 75 degree, unable to move it form 73 degree ether up or down.In addition when opened the sleeper couch in the living room mattress protected had spots and residual food particles from the previous guests. On the other hand view is beautiful, truly handicapped accessible for people who need it and over all okay.Can send video of carpet, drain and air.

Good location and great beachside view on 3rd floor. Bare minimum as expected - take your own seasonings, coffee filters, etc. The staff was professional and courteous. Surprisingly quite during our weekend stay. Great restaurants walking distance away.

The condo was average compared to other places we have stayed. The biggest issue was there were two elevators for 17 floors and the elevators stayed full or took forever to come to your floor. Was definitely an issue.
