** Tous les nouveaux meubles ont été ajoutés à chaque suite du Phoenix All Suites West Hotel, situé en bord de mer, à Gulf Shores, en Alabama. Les travaux de modernisation de l'intérieur ont été achevés en décembre 2016. **

Située dans le quartier prisé de West Shores à Gulf Shores, cette suite d'1 chambre avec 5 salles de bains vous offre une vue fantastique depuis votre balcon donnant sur le golfe. Rafraîchissez-vous dans la piscine et marchez sur la plage depuis la terrasse de la piscine.

Cette suite comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon séparé. Pour votre confort, un lit king-size est situé dans la chambre privée avec baignoire communicante. Les lits superposés pour les petits enfants sont situés dans le couloir, à côté d'une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire.

Great place to stay, great location on the beach, but lesson learned when it comes to renting from IKES chair rental make sure you rent the day of wanting to get the chair and never give tip till the end of the day.

Loved the location and view. We had to run the dishwasher and put away dishes before leaving the next morning, and the dishwasher leaked while we were gone. My biggest suggestion are felt pads on the furniture feet- I didn't like making the chairs scrape when I had to pull them out to sit at the table, and we heard a lot of scraping above us.

We have stayed at the Pheonix condos multiple times and chose this to save money on a room to be able to do more. Other than not having laundry in room, it’s essentially the exact same thing as the other resorts. Laundry was easily accessible and I felt confident leaving it and coming back. Kitchen has bare essentials but nothing extra. Bed wasn’t terribly uncomfortable, pool stayed clean throughout the stay and was rarely crowded. For what you’re paying for, it is perfect! I don’t love being on this end of town, but it’s still in walking distance to a few places! If we decide to cut money on a room in the future, I’d book again!

It was a great family time together, there were a few things that happened and didn't want to complain but i did and the manager gave me 1 option and that was in the only day it rained,but it ended up turning out to be a beautiful day. Condo/ hotel was ok small but it was comfortable,nattress hurt my back really bad,carpet beeds replaced or cleaned really good. The lady's that clean are very busy to bysy not enough staff bc we had to wait an hr & a galf iver check in time. We walked in and right from the start i knew the place had not had a good deep clean, full bath smelt awful i had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it under neath the sink was the plunger laid and it had a big briwn spot gross!!!! It needs updated but location is on point great view could see the ocean plus watch kids swim. Also,was really surprised how they did the laundry mat,had to get refunded several times bc it stole money and didnt get it back. But All in All ut was a great family trip and we really enjoyed ourselves hated to leave the beautiful ocean.

Not all Phoenix Hotels created equal

We were not impressed with this property and I think the problem comes down to the fact that there are several properties under the Phoenix hotel brand. I feel like I looked at lots of different units thinking that all were a part of the fancy hotel fronts and pools that we saw coming into Gulf Shores. We were greatly disappointed when we found a very run-down hotel (specifically the exterior), very slow or sometimes non-working elevators that were in very dark areas that made it feel unsafe, access to the pool was run-down, not very big as I had seen in advertisements of other Phoenix hotels. The inside unit was okay but the deadbolt lock did not work, the patio door lock did not work and the wifi login/password for all units was the same. Many things made the experience feel unsafe. As I said in the beginning, I think some clarification in the name of the hotel (possibly eliminating the name Phoenix) would have been very helpful in choosing a place to stay.

This was the perfect suite for our little family. We were very comfortable for the 1 night we stayed. We sat on the balcony at night and listened to the ocean waves. There were restaurants within walking distance. The Parking was easy and convenient. The sheets and towels were clean and cozy. The view of the beach in the morning is BREATH TAKING. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. When we come back on vacation, we will definitely be booking with them again!
