The staff in the offfce was friendly and nice to have them onsite. Location was great and liked first floor but still high enough to have a great view!

Yes the view was unobstructed. Parking was good. Close to restaurants. Clean unit. No problems at all and definitely stay again.

We checked-in on-site at the office, which made the process easy. The room was clean and the oceanfront view was great! The bed was very comfortable also! This is a really good location in the area. The only thing I would like to see added would be a coffee table in the den area. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was great, the condo was big for the 2 of us. The bed was hard as a rock my girlfriend slept in the hall bunks due to not being able to sleep on the mattress. The condo above us kept dropping heavy objects on the floor all night and had what sounded as air compressor in bedroom and living area that kept going on and off 24 hrs a day. The main toilet was kid size so made it bit hard for bigge rguy to use so walked across street to use when needed.

Check-In & Check-Out were both super easy! The unit was exactly as described in the listing. There was a lot of sand on the floors when we arrived, but thankfully there was a broom & dustpan available that I was able to quickly get it all cleaned up with no hassle. The elevators were sometimes very slow, but all in all— my family definitely enjoyed our time here!!!

The room is actually on what would be the third floor. 1st is ground level, 2nd is parking deck. Great views. Will book this again next time we are in the area.

Overall a good place to stay if you want to be close to beach. There didn't seem to be anyone available at the front desk to answer questions. They have a regular coffee machine. We had brought pods hoping there was a Keurig coffee maker.

Nice location

We were only here for one night. We were able to get our parking pass early and spend the day at the beach while we waited to check in. This location is very convenient to walk to several restaurants snd bars. Our room was very nice, clean and well equipped . The drawback was they only had one elevator working and there was a lot of workers and equipment every where. The pool was not open. 😢. They were fencing off the beach next to our hotel for a volleyball tournament so it was very noisy and heavy equipment was driving by about 15 feet from us while we were at the beach. Of course, hopefully these are only temporary inconveniences.

Virginia Very Very Rude

Virgina was the person who checked us in. She was very very rude and made me feel like we were imposing on her. Simple questions were responded to with a very short response. We did attempt to check in early and she promptly to us the room wasn’t ready and when I asked her an approximate time that it may be ready she sarcastically responded “4:00.” She said we would receive a text when it was ready which I have yet to receive. She later approached me at the elevator wanting to know if I had 4 boys with me and I said yes. She was yet again rudely suggesting that we had too many people with us. We were meeting people there and yes they were with us walking to the bathroom but that’s it. I realize that might be part of her job but she really needs to learn how to speak to people be she made me never want to return there. I have been staying at the Phoenix facilities with my family for almost 30 years and have never had this happen so I will not hold this against the facilities. I have never stayed at the Phoenix Hotel and Suites however, only the condos. I brought a friend with me and was telling her how wonderful the Phoenix was and needless to say it was not a very good first impression. I would appreciate a phone call regarding this issue at the number provided in booking. Thank you
