Check in was smooth. Rude lady at the front desk. I stayed at the other Phoenix down the road in Gulf Shores & that guy was very friendly at the front desk. The room was clean. The property was clean. Had a great stay.

A great place to stay when in Gulf Shores. Condo was perfect with your own balcony facing the gulf. Everything was clean. Another plus is Bahama Bob’s is next door. A short walk to great food and fun. Other restaurants and shopping opportunities are either walking distance or a short drive. We loved staying the Phoenix. We look forward to staying there again!

Investing in a refresh is needed. It was clean but dated. No room to get ready - bathroom counters are so tiny. Shower liner was covered in mold - very unappealing. Please add a full length mirror somewhere. Bed was comfortable.

We loved our stay, amazing view from our balcony. Loved being able to stay right on the beach. The restaurant next door bahama bobs was amazing and loved just being able to walk over.

Outdated and the room had an unpleasant odor. Room was not available by check in time and they didn’t know when it would be ready. After waiting an hour after check in time, we were finally given another room. They did try to compensate for the delay by giving us a complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Probably won’t be back.
