In beautiful Hocking Hills, just 30 minutes from Old Man`s Cave, Ash Cave, and Cedar Falls.

-Kroger and Walmart for easy shopping.

We provide complimentary firewood.

About the space:
-5 private bedrooms with king-size beds
-Loft with 4 twin size bunk beds (8 beds).
-4 foldable camping style cots

The property has 4 full bathrooms. Two are on the main floor and one is downstairs, and one in the garage game room.

You can let yourself in using a custom code on the door keypad.

We welcome pets! There is no pet fee, and up to 3 pets are allowed. We just ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. We provide 3 large dog beds for your furry friends to use during their stay.

The game room is a detached garage. It has A/C, heat, and Wi-Fi. Please use the garage specific Wi-Fi network for the best connection and speeds.

Designed for relaxing, cooling off, and light swimming rather than lap swimming.

The swim spa cover is quite heavy and requires two people to roll it open onto the storage shelf and to close it. Please keep the swim spa covered when not in use, especially during cooler weather.


The cabin has high speed spectrum internet service. It is fast and stable.

Cell phone service can be spotty. We suggest that you make calls using Wi-Fi based apps like Facetime, FB Messenger, or WhatsApp. Also, driving around 8 minutes into Logan will ensure you have consistent cell service for a regular call.

Driveway provides ample parking for at least 8 cars. Please note that the driveway is steep. There are 3 spots at the top of the driveway. It does require a little creativity and maneuvering after 7 cars. The driveway is on a fairly steep hill. It’s best to use the concrete lane when driving up for better traction and an easier climb.

Booking confirms agreement to sign a rental agreement and liability waiver prior to arrival.

The bunk beds have a weight limit of 250 lbs. for the bottom bunk and 200 lbs. for the top. Please limit each bed to one person and avoid climbing or horseplay on them to prevent accidents.

The 6th bedroom is an open loft-style sleeping area with bunk beds and is not fully enclosed.

The fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom feature decorative flames for ambiance only and do not provide heat.

For everyone’s safety, please limit balconies to 2 guests at a time. Please also avoid sitting, climbing, or leaning on any railings, including the railings on the back deck. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!.

Golf Simulator
Our golf simulator is a fun, entertainment-focused amenity ideal for casual rounds and group enjoyment.

Please note:
We use a SkyTrak Launch Monitor, which provides solid ball tracking for most shots, but it is not a commercial or tour-level simulator
Occasional missed shots may occur, particularly on chips and putts
For the best experience, we recommend setting a generous “gimme” range on greens to keep play moving smoothly
If your group includes both right- and left-handed players, alternating in separate groups tends to provide the best flow. We provide clubs and balls for the simulator, but recommend bringing your own for the best experience.

For your safety and ours, the property is equipped with one exterior security camera, above the front door.

The home is set up for a maximum of 16 guests at any time, including daytime visitors. If your group size may exceed this, please check with us in advance so we can discuss options.

Unapproved extra guests may result in cancellation without refund.

For families with young children, a Pack ’n Play and high chair are available for your stay.

The cabin is stocked with basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap, along with fresh towels, bed linens, kitchen essentials, and laundry detergent.

We’d be happy to give you a late checkout if it’s possible.

Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you please maintain quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.

We are pet friendly. Up to 4 pets. Please include them when booking. Its $50 per pet for the stay.

No smoking inside, please. A $500 fee will be assessed if any indoor smoking is detected.
