Large room with play area for children. 4 XL twin beds which could also be pushed together to have 2 king beds, futon, Tv, sink, and counter space for many uses. 1 bathroom on lower level. Rec room with a 70" TV and 2 leather sofas and a wood burner stove. Game room features an 8' pool table, shuffleboard, 50 games arcade video game, pinball machine, dartboard and a refrigerator. Outdoors there's a large deck, with patio furniture, hot tub, private yard space with firepit and 15 wooded acres of trails and a stream to explore. All of this, just 10 mins from many dining choices, Walmart and only 24 min from Old Man's Cave.
