We had a lovely stay, and the kids really enjoyed the amenities and the space to stretch out and explore. The owners were so welcoming and answered all of our questions promptly.
Have stayed here before and absolutely love it. Plenty of room, great beds, amazing location with its own duck pond. The owners live next door and are so nice to work with. 15 minutes from Costco, grocery stores and restaurants.
My family I chose this property for its location. It proved to be everything we were looking for in terms of location, space and tranquility. We would definitely stay again!
We had a great time at the farmhouse. The property was exactly as represented, was very comfortable, and had a beautiful back yard. We attended a wedding at nearby Shadow Lake, so it was the perfect location.
The house and location were perfect for our family while i was in town for work. The house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the peacful area and all the trees. I would highly recomend this home for anyone traveling with a large family.
Very well kept property. They do a fantastic job making certain everything is as it needs to be. I will be staying again when my work takes me back to the area.
Very nice location and very quiet. A 3 minute walk to a beautiful view of Mount Rainier. Great kitchen and plenty of room to sleep. We loved the outdoor patio and the place was surrounded by gorgeous flowers and shrubs. 8 minutes from grocery store. Would recommend.
Highly recommend this home. Quiet, peaceful location that is located within 10-15 minutes of many shopping and eating places. Costco is close by. Loved the pond in the back yard that was visited by ducks every morning. Great view of Mt Rainier up the road. Comfortable beds. So much better than a hotel. The owners are located in a home next door and were wonderful to work with.
We absolutely loved this home and property! It was the perfect place to stay. This was the most amazing location to stay. It is away from the city but close enough to everything that driving wasnât a hassle. I loved how much wildlife was around this property. It is a beautiful, cozy, peaceful home and property. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
This home worked well for us to visit our son and his family who live in the area. Yard was nice for relaxing and we enjoyed the trail for easy walk to explore the property. Appreciated the recliner chairs in living room. The beds on the home description do not match with the actual beds in the home. Thank you for your hospitality! Will stay here again if possible.
This is an extraordinary property. The pictures on-line do not do it justice. Private, secluded, and very safe.
We were gathering as a family for a memorial service for close family. It was exactly what we needed.Thank you so much!
It seemed as if we were in a secluded getaway even though shopping was only ten minutes away. The property was beautifully maintained inside and out. The hostess, Alexa, was prompt and attentive to our needs. My mom (86) is disabled and had no problem navigating the house. One small step up at the back door.
It was just what we need for one week vacation. The farmhouse is welcoming in a large garden yard with beautiful colors. Thereâs a pond where frog and duck are familiar. The best stay experience in a house. We will stay there again in a next journey to Seattle. It was just as like pictures and description.
A warm and welcoming home situated just outside of Kent proper. Love that this home can be a retreat from Kent and still close enough to Kent, Covington and Maple Valley for quick trips as needed. The property was very charming. Surrounded by lush greenery and views of Mt. Rainier. Love the large windows in the living room as you wake up and look out into the distance. This home is great for anybody looking for a rental that can accommodate a family for a trip.
We had several goals for this trip. We did our homework and selected this property. It completely satisfied all of our goals and more. We were in town for a wedding. Having been to the area before, we wanted a place that we could have a couple of family members over and relax and catch up. We also wanted to be central to hiking trails, and come home to a quiet and beautiful location. We had a blast! Enjoyed every minute of our 5 days
We took a family trip to the Seattle area this summer. We wanted to stay outside of the city. This was a great fit for us! It was nice and quiet, clean, and spacious for the five of us. We enjoyed our time here and the beautiful flowers surrounding the house! It was nice to come back to after being amongst the crowds in town! Thank you for a lovely stay!
Your owners and hosts next door have lived on this 3-acre resort style property for over 30 years in the NW style Lodge home facing opposite toward Mt. Rainier (across Stillwater Pond.) Our mission has been to create a gathering place where our family, friends, and guests can enjoy each other and the simple peace and pleasures of a country home and property. The Stillwater Farm was named from the words: âHe makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside the still waters, He restores my soul.â Our great joy and prayer is that you are refreshed, inspired and restored during your visit here.
