Newly built 620 sq ft âLoft-style, open-concept walkout basement apartmentâ designed with traveling families in mind. Enjoy modern amenities, abundant natural light, flexible sleeping arrangements, and access to beautiful gardens with âtwo spacious patiosâ and a childrenâs playground.
Please note: This is a family-friendly home best suited for guests comfortable with the sounds of children playing and footsteps. We live upstairs with our two little ones; therefore, you will hear the natural sounds of children at play and everyday family life. Most guests find this adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This ground-level loft-style unit offers 620 square feet of clean, airy space with a modern, open-concept layout. It features flexible sleeping arrangements that can accommodate 3 guests â ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers seeking both comfort and convenience.
The property includes:
Sleeping setup: A dedicated sleeping nook with a comfortable bed plus 2 pull-out sofa beds in the living area.
â Additional guests beyond 3 are charged a one time $150 each up to 2 more.
RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNERS please read fully:
â Must declare Dog at booking.
â We reserve the right to turn away dog if not registered.
â Vaccination docs must be up to date and copies provided.
â We charge a one time fee of $100 per dog per stay payable prior arrival.
â Maximum # of dogs: 2

The patio is shared with other guests or residents, offering a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors.
A dedicated parking spot is included for your convenience.
Guests will enjoy their own private entrance to the loft, offering full privacy and independence during your stay. The entire 620 sq ft space is yours to enjoy, including the open-concept living area, sleeping nook, bathroom, and kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and smart TV.
For outdoor enjoyment, you'll have exclusive access to your own front and back patios, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a family meal outdoors. The shared backyard area, including a playground, is also available to youâideal for families with children looking to stretch out and play in a safe, welcoming space.
Note that we do not provide wood for fire pit or bbq.
We live on the property and are happy to assist if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy and want you to feel at home. You're likely to see us and our two young children playing in the backyard from time to time â we do our best to keep things respectful and quiet, but there may be the occasional joyful noise of kids at play.

Both my wife and I travel a lot and stay with host families. We enjoy the experience of discovering the lives of the people in places where we travel. It becomes a big piece of the travel experience we take back home with us. We like being a host to provide similar experiences to our guests. My wife from Brazil and I am from Haiti, if youâre a curious traveler there is a lot we can share with you. You can see us doing Brazilian churrasco in our red brick patio, stop by for a bite to eat.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Scarsdale is a beautiful hamlet although we live on the outskirts of it we enjoy going to the town center for a family meal or just the local farmers market or coffee shops.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Perched on a hillside we have rolling hills of turfy grass and landscaped gardens with shrubs and trees and flowers. We have a snaky lane made of heavy slabs of bleu stones numbering 36 steps from the top of the garage all the way down to our 3000 sqft red brick and bleu stone patient will ample seating areas and a full outdoor kitchen with running water and electricity and WiFi.
