This unit is probably not the most luxurious in the Sunriver area but is nice enough and served my son and I well as we attended a sports tournament in Bend.
The unit sits next to a business park just outside of Sunriver proper. It is on the road that leads directly to Mt. Bachelor so if you are skiing or biking it is a great location. Bonus points that it is walking distance to Sunriver Brewing!
Unit was clean and in good repair.
We emailed and called he property manager with no answer back
Check in process super easy. Property manager never called back or answered my email you asked why we were staying and number one reason was rest and relaxation and we were woken in shock first morning with drilling and banging all day next to us. There was a layer of dis on top of h fridge and I had to rewash a lot of cooking items due to old old being stuck i it. Just gross. I would be mad if I was the owner. Not impressed
The partial bath remodel was nice.
Shower trim should be replaced.
The toilet paper was the worst I have ever used.
With a nonrefundable deposit from every stay. They should be able to spend a little money for carpet. It was so dirty It was bad on the feet.
When you are 6 feet tall you see all the dust . Tacky was the foil covering the drip pans on the stove.
Good price and not far from everything in SR but way too hot!
The condo was just ok. Small in size but enough for my family of four. The semi-permanent portable AC unit did not seem to cool the unit down much until the next morning so all of us were way too hot trying too sleep. Keep in mind these were 90+ weather days. Another notch against this unit was the cleanliness. The carpet was not clean enough for my 1yr old baby to crawl around on. After just an hour her hands, feet and knees were black. We talked to management and the explanation was that they just had not had time to clean the carpet due to how busy it gets in the summer. The kitchen had enough pots/pans/dishes to make full meals but the bar like table was small. We did like the bikes available and access to a pool. And we used the SR fitness facility and really enjoyed the pool. Though we would have liked passes to SHARC.
The front desk lady was wonderful.
The condo needs improvements. The toaster didn't work for bagels, only one stove top burner worked and it was slanted..it was very dusty...both our allergies kicked in bad. I didn't turn on the ceiling fan because I could see how dirty it was. I took apart and cleaned the portable fan in the bedroom so I could use it.
The bike storage is inconvenient. It was hard to get them out. Just ended up storing them in the condo. Didn't even use them. Couldn't get TV in the living room to work. One in bedroom did.
Check in was a breeze. Condo was well stocked. Will sleep up to 6, but would be awfully crowded with six people sitting around. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that the condo was not actually in the Sunriver resort. It was a mile walk to the village at Sunriver.
The condo was a great, small condo with a great kitchen. The second hand smoke outside throughtout the night was very disappointing. The downstairs neighbor also monitored our noise level and even banged on her ceiling once. Our time in the condo was limited. We left at 8:30am and came back 12 hours later. So her monitoring us was also disappointing. For those reasons, we willnot stay at that condo again.
