Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as “servicing the pool”, "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.

Mailboxes 📫📫📫
- Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

The guest have access to all areas of the house except the cleaner's closet.

To ensure guest compliance and to minimize neighbor complaints, we have opted to utilize a program called Enso Connect for our check-in process. Enso Connect increases safety by verifying guests, restricting access until requirements are met, and offering hosts proactive monitoring. It boosts compliance by making it easy—and mandatory—for guests to read and agree to house rules, helping prevent parties, property damage, and violations. It provides a unique digital "Boarding Pass" for your check-in. This digital Boarding Pass allows you to access your check-in instructions and access code. This is the ONLY way you will obtain the check-in code to enter the property. We use secure, automated guest verification to confirm the identity of all guests, helping to prevent unauthorized access or disruptive behavior. Our systems help us monitor and enforce house rules, reducing the risk of disturbances that could affect your experience or our neighbors' peace.
The Boarding Pass requires 4 steps for guest verification:

~ Check in is NO earlier than 4:00 PM and check out is NO later than 11:00 AM.
~ NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE! Please take them off.
~ Check in and check out time may change depending on the host's verbal or written approval.
~ No Smoking anywhere in the premises.
~ No Parties/Events
~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.

# Pool Rules
~ The Pool is prohibited from 9pm-7am. We are avoiding any possible neighbor complaints as much as possible!
~ Should you violate the rules in our waiver, we will be forced to terminate your booking with a refund according to Airbnb.
~ A pool safety sign/equipment is located in backyard near pool. Please utilize the pool in a safe manner. There are no lifeguards on duty. Use the pool at your own risk.
~ The pool will be heated upon arrival AT YOUR REQUEST.
