Living room has a big screen smart TV, Bluetooth stereo surround sound, and LED fireplace insert. Kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances and a large selection of cooking and serving utensils. All rooms have hardwood floors or tile. Backyard is gated and walled for privacy.

This is a single family home and there are no other occupants on the property. It is on a dead end street with minimal traffic.

Home is solar powered for an environmentally friendly vacation.

Guest access
Driveway is 70+ feet long and can accommodate up to 4 average length cars. Street parking is usually available as well.

Front door has a digital keypad lock to allow check in upon arrival.

Garage in the back is used for storage and not available for guest access.

There are exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home or viewing the patio seating and bbq area.

The piano is locked and for decor only.
